我哋兩個都好欣賞嘅一道前菜,四片生牛肉薄片,撒上松露以及芝士,帶入義大利式嘅元素。生牛肉片極為軟熟,包裹住芝士感覺帶微鹹而開胃。
We both highly appreciate this appetizer, as the carpaccio tastes extremely soft. The black truffle and pecorino cheese on the top bring in the Italian elements and is mouth-watering to have this appetizer.

Selection of Cold Cuts and Cheese $190
冷切肉拼盤款式眾多,火腿同芝士各三款,適合幾個朋友一同分享。我哋尤其鍾意將巴馬火腿包住芝士一同進食,簡單卻有味道濃烈。
The cold cut platter offers three types of ham and cheese respectively, which is suitable for sharing with your friends. We especially like to have the parma ham wrapped in cheese, which is simple but strong at the same time.

Seafood Spaghetti $210
意粉加入海膽醬汁,令整體味道有微微帶甜嘅基礎。虎蝦同帶子都處理得好好,尤其虎蝦煎香後嘅蝦膏極為甜美。
Spaghetti is added with Sardinian sea urchin cream, which gives a sweet flavour to the base. We particularly love the tiger prawns as the taste of the prawn paste is outstanding after pan-fried.

Black Truffle Egg Tagliatelle $140
寬條麵嘅質感頗為彈牙,而且能夠好好咁同松露與芝士嘅味道融為一體。若味道能夠更為濃烈則更佳。
The tagliatelle has a chewy texture, and it absorbs the taste of the truffle and cheese well. We prefer the taste to be even stronger.

好有驚喜嘅一道甜品,在於將 Gelato 融入至該水果或堅果之中。款式分別有車厘子、柑桔、桃、無花果同栗子。當中尤其欣賞桃味 Gelato,味道鮮甜清新。
This dessert really surprises us, as the gelato is placed inside of the shell of the fruit or nuts itself. This dessert includes cherries, mandarin, peach, figs and chestnut gelato. Amongst them, we love the fresh and sweetness of the peach gelato.

紅嗓子醬味道酸酸甜甜,令下面嘅芝士蛋糕味道唔會太滯。蛋糕本身嘅質感都會相對紐約芝士蛋糕輕同軟。
The raspberry sauce gives a sweet and sour flavour, which neutralizes the greasiness of the cheesecake. The cake itself has a lighter and softer texture when compared to the New York cheesecake.
