蒙麵的風格由第一次光顧而來, 始終如一, 無論是服務和味道也沒有任何改變. 你可以說它很”串”, 說甚麼等不到不要等, 不要在餐廳打機/看電話等等, 但說穿了就是要食客集中感受, 它即叫即製的菜式. 當中的自家叉燒就是最好的例子, 和平時叉燒師傅處理的不同, 甜度自然, 肉質夠嫩和腍, 比前幾時吃的外表更焦脆, 不知是否烤的風格有所改變, 但是真的好吃, 特別是以一間面積很少的麵店來說.來到其本業, 就是車仔麵, 配料處理當然是沒有問題, 但湯底的味道我更欣賞, 特別是麻辣湯底, 辣中帶麻勁, 兩者也是由淺入深揮發出來, 除此之外, 鹹香和韭菜香味結合, 更加吸引. 這樣出色的湯底, 用上粉絲吸汁, 吃起來比其他粉麵更爽.Mong Noodles is one of the most respectful noodle stall at HK due to the passion of chef to prepare some dishes that can hardly find in other similar shops. Mong Noodles is one of the most respectful noodle stall at HK due to the passion of chef to prepare some dishes that can hardly find in other similar shops. One of the most obvious example is the cha siu that is really soft, meaty and juicy. The sauce is not only sweet and salt in taste but can enhance the meat flavor. The crispy skin is also my favorite. The noodles with spicy soup is also great with different layers.
