尖沙咀一向都有好多好嘢食🤤今日喺K11行街嘅時候見到一間設計望落好新穎、又有open kitchen嘅cafe,於是同朋友入去食個dinner😆餐廳嘅中間圍住一棵小樹,天花亦都裝咗好多燈泡,加上店內運用咗好多嘅玻璃設計,空間感十足,夜晚食飯嘅時候就好似喺大自然之下欣賞夜空一樣,感覺幾舒服🥰我哋叫咗兩個main分嚟食😙Braised Australian Waygu Beef Cheek with Drunken Beef Gravy ($238)見到寫住must try就叫咗嚟食😎果然有驚喜😆牛嘅面好淋而且入味,仲可以食到啲有咬口嘅骨膠原,而且唔會好油膩。而配上嘅黑松露薯蓉亦都係我嘅至愛❣️薯蓉香滑黑松露味亦都唔會太過強勁,加上有一啲小水芹作為點綴,喺我哋今晚最滿意嘅菜式👍🏻👍🏻Asian Style Citrus Spring Chicken ($198)最初睇字眼以為Spring Chicken 會似係平時嘅西式燒春雞,原來佢似係慢煮嘅雞胸,輕輕一切雞肉已經能夠散開😯而雞本身用左柚子釀製,食落感覺好健康,有一種好新鮮嘅感覺👍🏻入面有好多配菜,包括蘆筍、粟米、果仁、溫泉蛋等等,由於份量

最初睇字眼以為Spring Chicken 會似係平時嘅西式燒春雞,原來佢似係慢煮嘅雞胸,輕輕一切雞肉已經能夠散開😯而雞本身用左柚子釀製,食落感覺好健康,有一種好新鮮嘅感覺👍🏻入面有好多配菜,包括蘆筍、粟米、果仁、溫泉蛋等等,由於份量都幾多,個人覺得同朋友share會比較好少少,唔係嘅話會太過飽肚🙈
