呢間韓式餐廳位於旺角,喺彌敦道好易搵到。喺ig見過唔少人推介呢間餐廳,又聽過下呢間餐廳係韓國過江龍、韓國人主理,所有食物都係自家製,所以今個禮拜日就試下佢哋嘅食物質素啦!🍖🍗一去到門口就見到佢哋嘅免費 photo box!呢個photo box好得意,佢用帳單打印方式印張相比你。喺餐廳食完飯之後,可以影張相留念!好有心思<3主菜🐷 Butter flavored pork bulgogi with ssam (korean lettuce)呢個豬肉bulgogi真係好香!醬油醃料滲晒入豬肉度,食落好香口同入味。呢個dish唔單止有豬肉,面頭仲有外皮脆脆嘅韓式年糕,最底有牛油金菇同洋葱,仲有自家製酸青瓜同酸紅綠色辣。樣樣少少,夾清甜爽口嘅韓式生菜包住食,加埋佢哋落左麻油嘅 ssam醬同蒜片,層次感爆炸!真係比佢個豐富嘅 texture同味道驚艷左!有餐廳嘅水準同時又好有homemade 嘅感覺,真係jap jap jap唔停口!🥬🐷🍗 Two flavours chicken (boneless 450g) - soy sauce & honey garlic sauce呢個炸雞

呢個炸雞係Outdark嘅重頭戲,450g無骨雞肉,份量真係超足,啱哂一大班朋友share!雞件炸得外脆內嫩,冇骨,食落去又方便又滿足。醬油味同蜜糖蒜味各有特色:
醬油味炸雞:呢款雞件帶有濃濃嘅韓式醬油香,鹹香味十足,配埋炸得脆卜卜嘅雞件,食落去好滿足。醬油入面仲帶有少少甜味,令味道更加豐富。
蜜糖蒜味炸雞:呢款雞件真係超正,蜜糖同蒜頭嘅搭配非常完美,蒜香味濃郁,再加上蜜糖帶嚟嘅甜味,食落去唔會太膩,反而有一種食唔停手嘅感覺,食完一件又一件,完全停唔到口!🍯🧄 🍠🧀 Add on: sweet potato cheese stick (3 pcs)
炸番薯芝士條簡直係小食界嘅王者!外層炸到脆卜卜,內裡係creamy嘅芝士同甜甜嘅番薯,咬落去仲可以拉絲,熱辣辣!甜味同鹹味交融,非常過癮!🧀🍠

呢個藍莓乳酪酸酸甜甜,好清新又唔會太甜,食完炸雞辣嘢嚟一杯,瞬間解膩!🥤 🥭 Mango soda
呢杯芒果梳打有啲蘆薈粒,食落去脆脆地,幾特別。🍹🥭
Outdark真係冇令我失望,加埋個免費 photo box,呢餐飯真係食得好開心!
