源自廣東潮汕的水粿不錯吃
蒸熟過後的米粉糕加上用參巴醬調味過的菜脯
味道溫和 米粉糕質感也鬆軟綿密
新加坡喇沙的湯頭有椰香 辣感會慢慢襲來
小心不要一開始就把辣醬拌進湯裡！
配料有魚片 油豆腐和兩片蝦子
約百元的喇沙期待能有更多配料呢
海南雞飯雞肉嫩滑 加上醬料就是不敗的配搭！
久未外出的一頓吃得好滿足

Authentic Singaporean dishes with some modern twists, thrilled to see special dishes like spicy crab buns, dry Bak Kut Teh etc.
Love the mellow flavour of the rice cake! A soft and fluffy texture from the steamed rice cake goes well with the marinated radish toppings. This traditional canton/Singaporean dish grabs my heart!
Was craving for some noodles and we had decided to go for the Singaporean Laksa. The heat comes slowly, so make your decision for adding chilli paste after taking a few more bites! Rich coconut flavours as expected, yet I wish there could be more toppings for ~100hkd per bowl.
The Hainan Chicken rice serves really tender and moist chicken, nothing could go wrong for the flavourful dipping sauce.
