This is a yellow ribbon local cart noodles shop, which you could rarely see, so worth a try. Overall its very Hong Kong style cart noodles decor, there are a few more "mordern style" posters on the wall. The most special thing I would like to mention it the "Pork cracklings", which was a popular local delicacies in Hong Kong but its not easy to be found nowadays as its very unhealthy (well obviously....) but yummy, the texture is crispy, similar to deep fried pork rinds, and this is my first time ever trying this traditional food too! The other special topping is the Crispy Tofu with pork as the filling, the meat is juicy and delicious.
