今個晚餐的主題是為妹妹慶祝生日,之前兩日已經開始約人,原本只有四個人,到最後竟然又比我約到變咗九個人的同事聚會,四男五女--簡真係perfect 嘅組合...一定唔少得嘅係主角妹妹Ada,帶病都黎嘅Anita,好難約到嘅Michelle,試食兵團嘅團友阿Nat、阿弗,最後都冇改變主意出席嘅準新人Tony伉儷(Tony校長 & Joyce校監),仲有成日都同我出去玩嘅我條靚 ....sorry...應該係靚仔同事Angus,仲有就當然唔少得我呢個搞手啦!....人多....雖然我呢個搞手係多嘢煩啲....但係就熱鬧啲、開心啲嘛。到決定地點時,妹妹提議去呢間我地之前未有機會試的瑞士餐廳 - Swiss Chalet。到7:30預定時間,雖然餐廳位處尖沙咀,但好多同事都對赫德道不是太清楚,慶幸的是大家最後都準時來到。坐底後,發覺原來淨飲水要charge$10,咁當然即刻著大家叫返杯飲品啦,我地叫咗三杯beer,其他的都是果汁汽水,我雖然叫了German beer,但唔係麥啤,而阿弗叫嘅麥啤....我相信應該好飲過我嗰杯。叫餸方面,雖然我徵詢過其他同事意見,但最後都如妹妹之前所講,話事權落在我

麵包算係唔錯嘅.....如果係佢地自己焗嘅,牛油都有兩種,熱辣辣嘅,頗軟熟,可以refill添....見啲女仔食麵包已經飽咗七成。
1. 瑞士風乾雜肉拼盤 Swiss air-dried meat pscialities of ham, beef, bacon and salils
> 一般嘅cold cut...亳無技巧可言,勝在算易入口,不似意大利頭盤咁...未必人人接受,不過不失。
2. 炒磨菇沙律配紅酒汁 Warm mixed Mushrooms in assorted lettuce topped with red wine sauce
> 只是一個比平時多一點溫暖嘅沙律,好在沒有吃草的感覺。
3. 牛仔肉+磨菇+忌廉汁酥皮盒 Puff pastry shell filled with veal cubes, onions, xxxxxx and champignon mushroom in a white wine cream sauce
> 諗起酥皮真係肥死人....要用豬油搓嘛,但係又好好食,不過因為我地係share黎食嘅關係,切開後,酥皮已經由原本的原桶型變為好似餅碎了。
4. 瑞士芝士、腸仔沙律跟新薯 Cervelat sausage and cheese salad served with new potatoes
> dressing 唔錯,可能加了cheese,似french dressing...稀杰度適中, 大家都認為腸仔...yummy。
5. 燴牛仔膝配意大利粉 Stewed veal served with fine noodles
> 牛仔膝煮得唔夠腍,意粉實在太少了,就算一人份量都嫌少,何況我地咁多人呢!
6. 瑞士炒雞肉配磨菇忌廉汁跟瑞士薯餅 Thinly sliced chicken with white mushroom in a creamy sauce served with hash brown potatoes and vegetables
> 可能返了香港太耐,我同妹妹都好懷念嗰邊嘅hash brown,口感實在太好了。
7. 傳統瑞士芝士火鍋配法包 The traditional cheese fondue, Cheese mixture melted in dry white wine flavored with Klesch and served with French bread
> 有酒嘅,雖然我認為唔夠酒味,但大家都覺得酒味太濃....唔好味,蓋過的芝士味。
8. 牛仔肉丸芝士火鍋配蔬菜、新薯及法包 Cheese mixture melted in dry white wine, slavoured with tomatoes and veal served with bread cubes and potatoes
> 我地一早同老闆落單時講定唔好落酒,如果唔係大家可能覺得唔啱食,呢個比之前嗰個只係多咗肉丸同埋蕃茄碎,芝士一樣係唔夠香。
9. 菠菜芝士火鍋配雞肉蔬菜法包 Minced spinach melted with a cheese mixture seasoned to perfection served with vegetables, santeed chicken and bread cubes
> 呢個嘅樣太似Cream of Brocolli,事關西蘭花忌廉湯係我同妹妹嘅至愛。
整體而言:以食物味道來說,只可以算是不過不失,與我在瑞士當地食嘅比真係差好遠,okay...(可以一食)。但係如果計埋service方面,就唔合格了,事關當個老闆同waitresses問我地要唔要dessert, coffee or tea嘅時候,我地冇叫到....佢地就面黑了,試問邊會有一間餐廳會這樣待客,而且水又要錢,又規定每檯客人一定最少要叫返相同數目嘅餸....以我地為例,九個人就最少叫九個餸,不足嘅話係要另加一個餸嘅費用,呢樣算做不合理嘅收費。每人平均$170。
張貼
