之前就試過朝早嘅bakery,夜晚就化身為wine bar,燈光會暗D都幾有情調🕯Landron, ‘La Louveterie’, Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine, Loire, France 2020🥂 ($70/glass)帶有少少檸檬味,味道比較單一,下次次會試其他酒款Maple Glazed Truffle Pudding with Stout and Cheddar 🍞 ($88)值得試❤️,有被驚艷到,細細件佈好多芝士🧀,咬落去脆脆地食到楓糖嘅香甜味道,入面就暖笠笠🥰,做到真正外脆內軟,類似麵包布甸,濕潤結實,入面仲有黑松露,味道濃郁,味道仲會喺口腔停留好長嘅時間,甜甜地又帶點鹹香味道❤️📍 The Baker & The Bottleman (灣仔)灣仔皇后大道東200號利東街地下G14 & G15號舖
