以土炮拉麵店來說, 鳴虎開分店開得相當積極, 在將軍澳已經有兩間, 而這家在日式超市的分店對面就是另一家, 來自日本的連鎖拉麵店, 在如此一個小小角落裏, 競爭之激烈就是香港餐飲業苦戰的寫照. 在附近私人屋苑林立的東港城, 定價再進取少少也不乏附近住家客, 所以動輒定價接近百元的拉麵, 絕對可以媲美中環及灣仔等拉麵店熱門戰場.點了蝦味噌拉麵, 味道有點死鹹, 看到其大量櫻花蝦碎希望帶出來的蝦鮮味, 但結果是味道過於濃重, 蓋過了所有味噌和湯底本身的原味, 而且湯頭喝完後有點涸喉, 感覺不太好. 麵和叉燒表現正常, 前者口感爽實, 後者脂肉層次分明, 有炙香也有油香, 但同樣被鹹味蓋過, 有點可惜. 至於烤雞翼則有驚喜, 外皮香脆有芝麻香, 內裡肉汁豐富而且肉質夠嫩滑, 比起拉麵更令我滿意.There are two branches for Nakitora Ramen at TKO that means the market potential is high at this district with plenty of private housing buildings and

There are two branches for Nakitora Ramen at TKO that means the market potential is high at this district with plenty of private housing buildings and good affordability. The shrimp soup ramen is really salty and masked all the flavour of other ingredients. Even the noodles and grilled pork are ok, the good texture and taste were masked by the soup. It is a bit sad. The chicken wing is nice which is crispy, meaty and juicy enough.
