老公平時都不投訴的。這次他也忍無可忍，要我上網和大家分享。希望大家不要被這間店騙。 1.叫了調味牛肋骨肉。英語寫著 marinated beef。 出來時是牛肉和生洋蔥而已。我們問waitress 是否出錯菜了。一個 waitress 說 ： 有啊，用蒜頭marinated 了。 然後另一個就說 ：我就叫你們不要點這個，要點貴一點的那個，比較好吃，這個比較硬。Waitresses 都牛頭不對馬嘴。 2.生菜要加錢。我問為什麼因為一般都是包括的。waitress 說 ： 別家我不管，我們這裡要錢。3.人蔘雞湯，沒人蔘。喝完了很口渴。4.我們已經吃的不愉快了。另加了服務費10%。找錢不找零錢。我禮貌的告訴老闆，麻煩我要回零錢，然後告訴老闆我不是很滿意服務。老闆就狂罵我說 ：一般我們都不找零錢的，一般客戶都不投訴，你們要投訴我就給你。okay! 你應該已經瞭解我要表達什麼了。我希望你不會像我們一樣受騙了。My husband usually will not complaint. 1. Ordered marinated beef as stated in the menu. Came out only Beef and raw onion. We asked the waitress whether they served the wrong dishes. One waitress said : is marinated with onion. The other said : I already told you not to order this, you must order the expensive one as that is better, this is not that tender. Obviously the waitress has no idea of what we are asking.
2. Fresh vege usually comes with BBQ meat. We requested for it and wonder why it is chargable. Waitress said : I dont care whether the rest offer complimentary vege. For us we do charge.
3. Ginseng chicken soup without ginseng favor and cant event find any ginseng in the soup. Feel extremely thristy after drinking the soup.
4. We are not very happy with the service . So by the end of the day when we paid for the bill, they are charging 10% service fees on top of it and did not give us back our small change. I went back to the boss and politely asked for it and mentioned that we are not satisfied with the service. He replied : Usually we dont give back small change, no one ever complaint and since you complaint I will give you back okay !
You pretty much get the idea what I am trying to share here. Just promise me you won't ever consider to try this place.
This is so call the marinated beef with raw onion. When we questions the waitress. She replied : I asked you to order the most expensive one but you didnt. This wont taste so good
