We had the worst dining experience ever and would never come back! 1. The menu is overpriced and the portions are small. They charged money for everything, even on complementary items. We came with a group of five and they only gave us 2 baskets of bread. We wanted a refill but each basket charges $38 before tips. We also ordered the lathe portion nachos, which came out on a small plate, we thought that was a solo portion. There aren't much toppings on top and the toppings each cost $20-&28. We

We had the worst dining experience ever and would never come back!

1. The menu is overpriced and the portions are small. They charged money for everything, even on complementary items. We came with a group of five and they only gave us 2 baskets of bread. We wanted a refill but each basket charges $38 before tips. We also ordered the lathe portion nachos, which came out on a small plate, we thought that was a solo portion. There aren't much toppings on top and the toppings each cost $20-&28. We added extra $60 shrimps for the sharing portion pasta, the pasta costs $218 and it only came with three tiny shrimps, there is six of us. The portion for this price isn’t acceptable. Cheesecake Factory is so much better.

2. The attitude of the staffs are awful. One of our friend opened a small bottle of drink before the food came. Which isn’t a big deal and the waiters could have just tell us outside drinks are prohibited or simply change us cork opening fee. However, the waiter didn’t and went to tell every waiters about it and everyone stared at our table, which made us uncomfortable. We noticed that and ordered a glass of Prosecco for each person and asked the waiter to thrown away our own bottle of drink. The waiter, Tsun attitude is so bad and he kept staring at us when he took away our bottle of drink. The assistant manager, Rocky saw that and came to our table. There is no apologies from the restaurant at all. The assistant manager promised he would come back and give us an explanation but he didn't come even when we finished all of our food. The restaurant disrespect their guests. When the manager explains, sometimes he says the waiter is a back server and sometimes he’s a supervisor. The manager Rocky keep emphasising the the customer is wrong. We talked to the manager if there is any standard operating procedure and he couldn’t answer the question. Just emphasising the the customer is wrong even when we are complaining and my friend had apologised to the staff many times.

We would never come back! There are much better restaurants out there with better service and better food.
