今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於大坑嘅黯然燒魂，主打串燒同其他日式小食。所有串燒皆即叫即燒，店面面積唔算大，所以都唔會等好耐。服務主動、親切，價錢合理，係會一去再去嘅小店。以下我哋會推薦我哋認為必點或唔需要點嘅菜式。Aurora is located in Tai Hang, specializes in Japanese skewers. Despite all skewers are grilled after you made the order, you do not have to wait for so long as they only serve limited tables. Services are proactive and friendly, whilst the pricing is reasonable. It is a place where we will revisit again and again. We would recommend the dishes we think should or should not order in your visit.

黯然汁燒牛舌 (Signature Ox Tongue) $35
牛舌係我哋嘅必點之一。牛舌質感軟熟、富彈性，醬汁惹味，令人食欲大增。
Ox tongue is definitely on the top of our list. The texture is soft, and you will fall in love with the gamy sauce.

清酒煮蜆 (Japanese Steamed Clam) $65
蜆大肉厚，清酒味道濃烈，乃我哋嘅至愛。依個價錢絕對係物超所值。
Clams are large and thick, and taste delectable together with the Japanese sake. This is absolutely value for money.

帆立貝 (Grilled Scallop) $45
帆立貝厚肉，唔會燒到太老，保持住鮮嫩嘅質感。
They will not overcook the scallop, this preserves the freshness and tenderness of the scallop.

焦糖菠蘿 (Grilled Caramel Pineapple) $20
焦糖脆口嘅外皮，包裹住多汁嘅菠蘿，營造出酸酸甜甜嘅味道，實在係絕佳嘅組合。令人開胃之餘，更除去其他串燒油膩嘅感覺。
The juicy pineapple is wrapped by crispy caramel, that gives a sweet and sour flavour. This is an excellent combination, as it is appetizing and removes the greasiness of other skewers.

一口牛肉 (Steak Bites) $65
分量雖然頗大，但味道比預想嘅淡，而且質感亦較乾，唔太推薦。
Despite the large portion, we are not recommending due to the mild flavour and dry texture.

串燒牛肩胛 (Beef Chuck Skewer) $30
醬汁係唔錯，惟味道較為油膩，而且質感較韌，唔太推薦。
Although the sauce tastes good, the beef chuck is a bit too oily and tough. We are less prefer of this beef chuck.
