上水搵食,諗起日本嘢,最近試咗「一鳴屋台料理」,有兩樣嘢真係要專登寫篇嘢講下 — 佢哋嘅 炸雞 同 慢煮肩肉,掂到想encore!

先講個 炸雞 啦!一上枱熱辣辣,望落金黃脆卜卜,咬落去第一啖...嘩!真係有 驚喜!啲皮脆到好似薯片咁「咔嚓」一聲,重點係入面啲肉 超級Juicy!一啲都唔乾柴,肉汁多到爆出嚟,仲好嫩滑添。佢個調味鹹鹹香香,帶少少甜,唔使點醬已經好夠味,但點埋佢俾嘅沙律醬又另一種風味。食完一件真係忍唔住即刻夾第二件,邪惡但超值!

跟住係個 慢煮肩肉。呢個真係要試!上枱嗰陣啲肉切到薄薄哋,睇落粉粉嫩嫩好靚仔。夾一舊入口...嘩!真係 腍到化開 咁滯!慢煮真係冇得輸,啲肉纖維煮到鬆化晒,完全唔韌,入口即溶嘅感覺。最正係佢個 醬汁,甜甜哋帶啲燒烤香,同豬肉嘅油脂香勁夾,食落好有幸福感,送飯一流!平時怕豬肉有騷味嘅朋友放心,呢度處理得好好。

總括嚟講,一鳴呢兩樣嘢真係 必點招牌!炸雞食佢個脆皮同爆汁,慢煮肩肉就享受佢嘅軟腍同醬香。兩樣都做得好有水準,絕對係成餐飯嘅亮點。如果你嚟上水想食日本嘢,一鳴嘅炸雞同慢煮肩肉,真係 錯過會後悔 㗎!誠意推介!
