太太晚收工, 一個人的晚飯要夠麻甩, 炒飯是一個選項. 又來到我覺得是東九龍炒飯頂尖的金飯碗, 點了它的脆皮牛腩炒飯, 以及咖喱三寶小食. 炒飯水準依然能夠保持, 飯粒乾而不硬, 粒粒分明. 飯身金黃, 也就說明蛋汁能平均佔在身, 夠鑊氣, 也夠份量, 對我來說絕對能吃得飽.脆皮牛腩以其茶餐廳規模來說, 也算是相當難得會處理的一道菜式. 之前吃的時候感受到其誠意, 以及可以媲美粵菜食肆的水準. 今次吃起夾就差些少, 除了是牛腩較之前的乾身外, 也是因為沒有之前的嫩滑, 但不會硬如肉乾, 只能說是較有嚼勁, 外面脆皮平均舖在牛腩上, 也夠脆口. 這次些微失手, 可能是牛肉來貨問題, 烹調上問題不大.咖喱三寶口感依然爽口彈牙, 咖喱汁勁勁柔軟和, 和之前脆皮牛腩飯的沙嗲汁比較起來, 我還是喜歡後者的汁醬, 辣度差不多, 但其炒香的花生味更有特色呢!Golden Bowl is my favorite one-man band restaurant in East Kowloon as her fried rice is perfect. The crispy beef brisket is very difficult to handle for cafe style restaurant in HK but she handles well. This time the quality of meat is not that good but the chef has tried best to maintain the quality. Furthermore, the satay sauce is nice.
