濃厚聖誕氣氛裝飾的餐廳,瑞士芝士火鍋的芝士非常濃郁,猶如身處瑞士一樣。新引入的栗子甜品機,把栗子變成栗子蓉味道真非常可口。經理和服務員親切友善,絕對值得去的餐廳。

溫馨小木屋,好似Elsa&Anna住嘅地方😂令人好想要帶埋個女嚟第一次嚟,所以試咗set dinner,頭盤蟹肉龍蝦湯有驚喜,芝士火鍋揀咗濃味,食得出幾款芝士嘅層次,不過下次會揀淡味試試🤣主菜牛肉就建議可以轉一轉😂,中式味道&煮法我哋就唔太鍾意。甜品朱古力小屋好正,絕對要食

經朋友介紹,第一次嚟半島酒店瑞士小木屋慶祝結婚周年,一入到餐廳就已經好驚喜,環境溫馨舒適感覺翻翻去北歐既感覺,Staff又好nice好細心🫶🏻一嚟到就送上一盤唔同款嘅麵包,仲有呢個芝士法包食咗一片非常好食,好難停口!午餐同晚餐都有set我哋散叫,頭盤叫左個Chesa Salad,好食夠多料酸酸哋好開胃,仲牛油果係入面。跟住就係其待嘅芝士火鍋,第一次食芝士火鍋好驚喜我哋揀咗比較濃味嘅芝士減少酒嘅濃度,食到底仲有少少焦香。主菜羊架揀咗五成熟,廚師控制火候非常準確,羊肉嫩得嚟唔會血淋淋又唔油又唔韌岩岩好,配菜嘅千層薯仔好creamy,面頭有少少焦香嘅芝士。最後餐廳好窩心,送左個小木屋甜品比我地慶祝周年紀念。Thanks so much 呢間餐廳絕對值得再黎,期待下次🤗多謝咁好嘅餐廳同Staff~
