Born Ga has replaced one of our favorite Korean restaurants in HK. We recently discovered Born Ga through a close Korean friend who praised the restaurant for its authenticity and the quality of the food, and she was not wrong. We can judge a Korean restaurant by the side dishes they serve, and the kimchi was spectacular. The vegetables were so fresh and vibrant. The staff were amazing and constantly at our beck and call. We highly recommend this place to Korean food lovers.

一睇啲頭盤就知呢間韓國餐廳有啲料到。試哂所有頭盤之後,覺得茄子最正 ,不過要忍一忍口唔好食太多,要留返個胃去食其他野食。特大牛排骨$280啲肉份量都唔少,會有姐姐幫你燒,淨係負責睇同食☺️ 豚肉片無乜特別,不過個牛骨肉好好食,嫩口又少根 ,調味唔錯,值得一試 。醬油蟹$520個醬油蟹就真係不得了,大隻又多膏。姐姐會帶埋白飯紫同菜嚟撈個醬油蟹,再上個落個蟹蓋到。咁食法又點會唔好食,呢個一定要嗌呀☝🏼海鮮薄餅$130

喺本家仲未有咁多人知嘅時候,已經食過好多次,好多YouTuber去完,本家已經變得超級難book,以前Walk in都還有機會有空位可入,現在只接受電話預約,但電話長期打唔通🥲,難得女朋友努力不懈打通了電話,總於book到一個半個月之後有位😆 當日係平日7:30pm,去到餐廳已經滿坐,餐廳職員有唔少都係韓國人,一點完野食,職員即刻上左好多款小菜,樣樣小菜味道都唔錯😋,小菜除了泡菜之外,其他都冇得refill。🔖醬油蟹 (2隻) $520🦀醬油蟹最少要叫2隻,會跟一碗紫菜飯。蟹嘅質素非常高質,中size左右,勁多蟹膏,蟹肉非常鮮甜,醬油調味啱啱好,唔會太鹹。餐廳職員呀珠媽會幫手用唧蟹肉,再用蟹殼啲膏去撈飯,質素比得上係韓國當地食😍🔖 烤五花腩 $120 🐷🔖 板腱肉 $230 🐮🔖 烤牛脷 $120 👅🔖 雜錦蔬菜 $70 🥬所有烤肉嘅肉質都很不錯,仲會有呀珠媽幫你手烤,所以好快就烤完,同埋唔驚自己會烤燶🤣推介指數:🦦🦦🦦🦦🦦(5🦦為滿分)

尖沙咀呢間韓國菜🇰🇷位置係金馬倫道因為長期full今次早d book定位去食除左必食既醬油蟹之外烤鰻魚我都期待左好耐😋坐低就有幾款不同既前菜真係好鍾意食韓國菜既前菜非常開胃🤤醬油蟹多膏又鮮甜而且店員會幫手整蟹膏拌紫菜飯整完仲會放番去蟹蓋到第一次食韓式烤鰻魚店員會幫手烤 唔洗擔心唔識整👍🏻店員教我地點醬再包住紫蘇葉食比起平時食日式個種呢種可以食到鰻魚本身既鮮味最後食埋個部隊鍋都係同平時其他韓國餐廳差唔多😆

我們八個人,一齊去這店食晚飯,叫了很多菜式,非常豐富。當然有不同的牛肉,如生牛肉,燒牛肋骨,燒白鱔,魚,生菜包豬腩肉,醬油蟹(這是生食的,有些人是受不起,小心),其它小食和不同類型的酒水.實在太豐富,食了$5,000.不平也不太貴。
