A favourite within the TKW neighbourhood. Now it has branches in Sheung Wan and Tsuen Wan. Queues are expected. First time for me visiting the TKW headquarters and I was surprised how big it was inside, with space sufficient to accommodate over 200 diners. Excellent vibe.椒鹽九肚魚 incredibly sheer batter and evenly coated layer of salt and pepper. Served piping hot. My favourite of the evening and would return just for this. 啫啫芥蘭煲 Veg was tender. Sizzling hot and flavourful 秘製香辣水煮花甲 Clams were not exactly fresh. Bit of a letdown 脆皮焼BB鴿 Skin was no longer crispy when it was served. But the flavours were balanced. Meat was tender and succulent.Another must order is the 豬油撈飯。Didn’t take a photo of it but it was so so good.Overall high CP. Great vibe. Will revisit to try the other dishes.
