呢晚同朋友一齊嚟咗呢間喺北角嘅阿根廷🇦🇷餐廳🍽️食晚餐🤣雖然去過阿根廷🇦🇷布宜諾斯艾利斯同埋其他一啲阿根廷🇦🇷小城市旅行,但係對阿根廷菜🇦🇷一啲都唔熟悉,淨係知道阿根廷菜🇦🇷受多種文化同菜式 影響,當中當然包括阿根廷🇦🇷土著人民(Indigenous People in Argentina)嘅飲食習慣,同埋16世紀西班牙人🇪🇸喺殖民時期 Spanish Colonization 帶嚟嘅地中海飲食文化,仲有後來喺 19/20 世紀 由意大利🇮🇹同 西班牙🇪🇸 大量移民帶到阿根廷🇦🇷嘅影響,咁可以想像到阿根廷菜🇦🇷幾咁包羅萬有🤩;阿根廷人🇦🇷食好多牛肉,不過某啲地區例如 Patagonia 就食羊多過食牛😋;總之阿根廷人🇦🇷以鍾意食嘢而聞名,社交聚會通常以聚餐飲酒食嘢為主🤩$88「生菜、蕃茄及紅洋蔥配紅酒醋汁 Mix Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onion and Red Wine Vinaigrette」:生菜蕃茄紅洋蔥做沙律簡簡單單幾好食,加埋少少 Vinaigrette 唔會太酸仲好似落咗啲海鹽食落感覺特別清新🤩,做得好啱胃口👍$68「西蘭花及青豆 Sautéed Broccolis & Green Beans」:加咗都幾多蒜蓉去炒西蘭花🥦同埋青豆 簡單幾好食感覺幾健康🤣$208「香煎比目魚 Catch of the Day」:比目魚 Halibut 新鮮肉質鮮甜細滑煎得幾香口🤩;Ratatouille 係源自法國🇫🇷南部 Provence 同埋 Nice 嘅一道特色菜,係多種蔬菜嘅大雜燴,一般會用 茄子、洋蔥、櫛瓜、辣椒、番茄、大蒜 等,不過冇特定嘅材料🤩,呢間餐廳就用咗 茄子、洋蔥、蕃茄 等材料,辣辣哋配 比目魚 一齊食幾夾😋$288「西冷牛排 Bife de Chorizo 250g - 阿根廷一個月熟成草飼牛肉」:Bife de Chorizo 係一種阿根廷牛肉名稱相當於美國🇺🇸 New York Strip Steak, Strip Steak, Sirloin;Bife de Chorizo 一般係一塊厚而多汁嘅牛排上邊有一層厚脂肪,Bife de Chorizo 都有不同部位/切法,Bife de chorizo angosto(薄牛腩)同 Bife de chorizo mariposa(蝴蝶牛腩)🤩;阿根廷人🇦🇷食牛扒🥩一般都鍾意食 well done,不過我今次想食 medium🤣,呢間餐廳嘅 Bife de Chorizo 🥩 唔係太厚又唔係太薄肉質偏瘦脂肪含量較低草飼牛牛🐮應該運動充足食得健康所以有牛味又有啲啲咬頭,我仲叫咗碟上🤣$68 San Pellegrino

中環呢間出名食扒既餐廳,喺北角開左分店,價錢比中環果間親民啲(平日仲有抵食既lunch set同薯條無限refill),質素keep一樣咁好🥖餐前麵包(免費)🥟牛肉餡餃 $68一大隻,當日無牛肉餡🐮,得雞肉餡都照殺🐔,外皮似印度餃咁炸得香脆唔油膩,餡料有洋蔥、雞肉,點埋個酸酸地既醬唔錯啊,幾開胃🍟香蒜炸薯條 $58食牛扒當然叫番個薯條,好鬼大桶,灑咗少少鹽炸得香脆得黎,中間依然保留薯蓉既感覺🥔外脆內軟,2個人差啲食唔哂🥩熟成封門柳250g $248是晚既主角🤴🏻阿根廷一個月熟成草飼封門柳,鐵板上叫咗3成熟,切開好粉嫩💕唔會Un啱啱好,食落好有炭香味(啱啱好,唔會似燶/苦),咬落有肉汁💦,廚師仲可以幫手切埋👍🏻,係近期食過最好嘅扒🐥慢煮烤雞 $198有大約半隻雞,有好多香料,面頭再擠埋檸檬汁,更加惹味👻,肉質唔會太乾太柴,整體唔錯👌🏻🍝白醬雞肉伴意式闊麵 $168整體ok,雞胸稍為乾左啲,意粉軟硬度適中overall:餐廳平日夜晚都幾多人食,裝修同氛圍好有異國feel,坐得又舒服,最重要係牛扒🥩嘅質素真係好唔錯👍🏻,喺open kitchen見住廚師喺火爐燒牛扒好有風味

中環好受歡迎嘅阿根廷扒房 La Parrilla 最近喺北角堡壘街開咗分店🤩 經過呢條街,一定會比呢一間餐廳吸引到眼球😎 紅磚外牆,再加一整列嘅熟成牛扒櫃,絕對會比佢吸引到入去試吓😎 裏面裝修好靚,好有特色😃 空間感超大,浪漫有情調🥰 同中環店一樣,職員服務都係咁好咁熱情👍👍 🌟T-bone T骨牛扒 500g $458嚟得扒房一定要食牛扒啦😎 之前喺中環試過佢嘅封門牛柳,味道非常之好,今次就試吓佢嘅T-bone😎 可以試曬牛柳同西冷😉 果然都係冇失望,一樣都係鐵板上,medium rare 我哋就覺得最適合✅ 牛柳肉質幼嫩,脂肪含量相對低啲,我好鍾意🥰 而西冷油脂分佈均勻,牛肉濃厚,肉質非常有嚼勁👍👍 配上兩款醬汁,我鍾意兩款一齊點,正呀😎 🌟牛骨髓配法包多士 $108 牛骨髓焗到香氣撲鼻😌😌 簡單嘅調味,已經可以突顯骨髓獨特嘅油香👍 骨髓連同香脆多士一齊食,口感豐腴超滿足🤩🌟燴蘑菇 $68性價比好高,份量好足🫶🏻 蘑菇粒粒飽滿好新鮮,配上香草橄欖油調味,又香又健康🥰 🌟香蒜炸薯條 $58見到一大桶嘅薯條真係好開心🤣 新鮮即炸嘅薯條香脆熱辣辣👍 厚切薯條外脆內軟,薯味十足,必點🫶🏻 🌟紅酒 $80餐廳嘅飲品選擇多,食牛扒我就鍾意配紅酒😬 杯裝紅酒有幾款選擇,我揀嘅呢款唔錯,價錢亦都好合理👍 北角分店環境感覺比中環店更加幽靜浪漫,好適合約會🫶🏻 環境、服務、食物水準都好高👍 價錢亦非常合理,真心推薦俾大家試吓🫶🏻
