米芝蓮一星Yardbird一直都係我嘅心願名單之一,主打以備長炭燒新鮮的本地三黃雞,食盡不同刁鑽部位( ♥︎ᴗ♥︎ )謝謝閨密請我來這裡吃生日飯🤎/(🌟為推薦)🌟𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐌𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐒𝐄 三黃雞肝醬(牛奶麵包、炸乾蔥) $180先將香蔥與雞肝醬撈勻,再厚厚地塗抹在外脆內軟的牛油吐司上🤤肝醬帶雞肝獨有的鹹鮮香,沒有難聞的內臟味,入口柔滑;加入洋蔥圈會更添香脆,不過稍為有點搶味,所以個人prefer分開食。是一道邪惡又美味的前菜,很值得一試🙌🏻⭐️𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇 雞大腿肉(京蔥、醬油) $55大腿肉彈牙又肥美,配濃郁的醬油和京蔥,美味。🌟𝐎𝐘𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 雞腿根肉(海鹽、檸檬) $58雞腿根肉,即一隻雞只有兩粒的雞蠔肉,於雞髀與雞身之間。外皮燒得又香又脆,肉嫩肥美多汁又彈牙😍個人更喜歡海鹽和檸檬的調味,更能突出雞的鮮、香、甜,是唯一一款要encore的部位.ᐟ.ᐟ🌟𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐊 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐍 雞頸皮(辣醬柚子醋、青檸) $58比雞皮更出色的雞頸皮,除了有香脆的外皮,更多添軟Q的肥膏,口感豐富,酸酸辣辣的好惹味,必叫👍🏻⭐️𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐒 雞下腿肉(香蒜牛油、百里香) $65下腿肉大大件且燒得僅僅熟,中心帶微紅;肉質相對大腿肉結實,不過其實都好軟腍,好味👌🏻⭐️𝐌𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐋 雞肉丸(醬油、蛋黃) $58店員介紹招牌之一的雞肉丸,肉質軟綿,配濃稠的醬油蛋黃,味道濃郁!不過我們都比較喜歡加入軟骨,軟中帶脆的雞肉丸子呢。⭐️𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 雞翼(海鹽、七味粉) $55睇相覺得雞翼好乾,但係都忍唔住想試😆實物冇想像中咁乾,但亦都唔係好juicy果種,冇咩特別(可skip)🌟𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐍 雞皮(清酒、海鹽) $58薄薄的雞皮帶炭火香,脆卜卜得嚟帶有彈性和雞香,都好食㗎(•̀⤙•́ )⭐️𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐊 雞頸(柚子胡椒、黑椒) $55雞頸冇想像中咁肥美,可能肥膏都被切割到雞頸皮裡。🌟𝐓𝐇𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐈𝐃 雞甲狀腺(清酒、蒜) $58稀少部位的雞甲狀腺,人一世物一世,嚟到點都要試吓😌甲狀線除了帶炭火香,還有肥膏的脂油香;口感獨特,非常軟彈,煙韌但不難咬,誠意推介ჱ̒⸝⸝•̀֊•́⸝⸝)/🌟𝐊𝐍𝐄𝐄 雞膝軟骨(清酒、蒜) $55雞膝軟骨脆卜卜,軟骨間還有少許肥肉,香口又好吃😋/🌟𝐑𝐈𝐁 雞肋肉(山椒、醬油) $55雞肋肉的肉與肉之間多了一層彈牙的筋膜,挺特別的可以一試(๑•̀∀- )و⭐️𝐆𝐈𝐙𝐙𝐀𝐑𝐃 雞胗(炸蒜粒、黃豆) $55雞胗比較細粒,所以食落冇平時食果啲咁爽脆;配炸蒜好香,愛吃雞胗都可以一試。⭐️𝐒𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐍 𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐀粟米天婦羅(半份) $76炸粟米波主要調味是椒鹽,成舊都好脆卜卜,粟米粒粒分明。不過個人比教中意FUKURO果款有埋牛油更加邪惡!而且比較油,食完好滯!好彩店員幫我哋安排咗半份,試一次便夠了。/⭐️𝐘𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐁𝐈𝐑𝐃 雞湯 $55雞湯好夠熱,不過不是粵式的濃雞湯,反而是清甜的那種。加入了牛蒡有點像喝蔘雞湯,加入蔬菜很健康似的,叫了一碗share還好。/好喜歡它們的串燒每一串都散發炭火獨有的焦香,雞皮部份香脆而不怕有任何燶邊;調味多變同時也吃到雞的鮮香,肉質嫩滑彈牙❣️/加12%服務費後二人消費大約$1250,以上環地段及米芝蓮來說尚算合理;事前做功課時發現大部分評論都說服務差,吃18:15的我們可能時間尚早,服務比想像中殷勤,店員常常幫忙抹枱和換碟=͟͟͞͞(๑•̀ㅁ•́ฅ✧/溫馨提示‼️早起的鳥兒有刁鑽部位吃🐔18:15進餐的我們幾乎所有部位都有,大約七點已經開始陸續有不同部位SOLD OUT,建議大家想試多啲特別部位就早啲黎啦.ᐟ.ᐟ查看更多

When we placed the order, we didn’t want to order too much because we might not be able to finish it. The waitress gave us a look as if we couldn’t afford the food.Later, the waitress asked if I would like another drink. We were told to return to the table after 20 minutes. I asked what would happen if I couldn’t finish the drink, and she said I could stand in the standing area. Really? I wanted to enjoy my time, but apparently standing was the only option for me, so I said no. She gave me that look again.I paid to enjoy the experience, not to please the waitress. 上環同啲兄弟飲完happy hour,順手殺入Yardbird試串燒。地方夠型,黑白調裝修勁有feel。我哋坐bar位,睇住廚師即燒即食。雞肝、雞皮、雞心全部串燒都處理得好靚,炭香十足,配埋啤酒真係一流。串燒配啤酒真係無得輸。最驚喜係佢哋個玉子燒,滑得嚟唔死甜。地方唔大但有氣氛,啱晒約friend聚腳吹水。價錢就略貴,人均三百左右,但食材質素同整體體驗係值返晒。推介俾想搵型格居酒屋嘅朋友,唔會失望。查看更多
