上環同啲兄弟飲完happy hour,順手殺入Yardbird試串燒。地方夠型,黑白調裝修勁有feel。我哋坐bar位,睇住廚師即燒即食。雞肝、雞皮、雞心全部串燒都處理得好靚,炭香十足,配埋啤酒真係一流。串燒配啤酒真係無得輸。最驚喜係佢哋個玉子燒,滑得嚟唔死甜。地方唔大但有氣氛,啱晒約friend聚腳吹水。價錢就略貴,人均三百左右,但食材質素同整體體驗係值返晒。推介俾想搵型格居酒屋嘅朋友,唔會失望。 繼續閱讀

朋友話帶我食一間好出名嘅米芝蓮串燒餐廳慶祝生日,當日有book咗位,只可以準時入座。餐廳場內燈光昏暗,餐枱擺放得好密,環境音樂十分大聲,嘈到同侍應落單都有困難😵‍💫加上隔籬枱嘅同胞講嘢都好大聲,成晚淨係想食完快啲走⋯⋯當日分別嗌咗【liver mousse】,可以撈勻之後點包食,好出色👍🏻【sweet corn tempura】正常【mushroom rice】炒得粒粒分別,菇香四溢,推薦👍🏻【meatball】點蛋黃醬油,推薦👍🏻【knees】+【wings】正常發揮最後埋單嘅時候,朋友發現成張單計錯數,多咗幾樣冇嗌嘅嘢,成張貴咗幾百蚊,又搞咗一大輪侍應先計返啱。其實整體嚟講食物質素唔錯,都對得上米芝蓮推介,但問題係環境真係十分之嘈吵,簡直嘈過大排檔,呢一點令人十分卻步,幾好食都唔會再幫襯⋯⋯😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 繼續閱讀

今晚同閨蜜嚟Yardbird小酌燒串配cocktail。入到去feel到工業風混雜日式情調,好有氣氛!我哋order咗雞軟骨串、燒雞翼同柚子胡椒雞肉串,再點咗兩杯Yuzu Sour同冰啤。串燒香氣四溢,燒得外脆內汁,特別係柚子胡椒雞肉串帶少少辣香好夾酒。Yuzu Sour酸得來帶清香,幾醒胃;冰啤亦都勁解渴。一邊食串一邊傾天氣今年流行啲咩style,成個晚上氣氛輕鬆自在。職員知我哋要打卡,仲幫手影咗幾張靚相📸。價錢唔平,但串燒份量夠又新鮮,cocktail質素又高,難怪咁熱門。適合想同朋友約晚食川燒,輕鬆又潮味十足! 繼續閱讀
