This (Ya:Jang) Korean BBQ experience was absolutely phenomenal! The quality of the meat was exceptional, incredibly tender and flavorful. Each marinated cut was a delight to grill at our table. The banchan (side dishes) were fresh, diverse, and perfectly complemented the meal. Beyond the food, the restaurant's ambiance was modern, clean, and vibrant, creating a wonderful dining atmosphere. What truly stood out was the staff's service. They were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and helpful, guiding us through the menu and ensuring we had everything we needed. Dinner. Wanted to try cos there was some talk about hot male Korean servers. Here’s what we had.Selection of spicy appetizers.Beef short ribs, sliced across the bone, marinated in a soy-garlic-sesame glaze, scorched tableside, served sizzling hot on a portable stove. Very chewy, probably cos they were overcooked. Served with lettuce wraps, onions, kimchi, and dipping sauces.Pillowy, soufflé-like steamed egg served in a stone pot, lightly seasoned, topped with a generous layer of cheese. Very good.Pan-fried Dumplings filled with pork and chive. Wrappers were thin and crisp-edged, tied together with the soy and vinegar dipping sauce.Mini Rice Ball, mixed with seaweed, sesame oil, a bit of roe and mayo, for us to roll DIY. Of cos we pretended we didn’t have arms and asked male server to do it.Yajang Risotto- creamy risotto mixed with jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles). Very satisfying. 食物表現：火槍燒肉，味道平平餐廳主打韓式五花肉，分三份配以不同醬汁，另附泡菜、芽菜及韭菜。上菜時店員以火槍輕燒肉面，視覺效果不俗，但味道方面未見驚喜。若不沾醬，三份肉味道幾乎一致，整體偏向普通，未能突顯食材本身的層次。店員形象：與想像有落差或許因為品牌形象偏向韓風，對店員的期望自然提高。實際上，店員身形瘦削，與心中「OPPA」的形象略有距離。雖然外貌非服務重點，但在主打韓式風格的餐廳中，這一點不免令人稍感落差。訂位體驗：系統混亂，溝通欠佳透過等執笠啦指示填寫Google Form進行訂位，填寫後未收到確認電郵。致電查詢時，職員以英文應對，溝通過程略顯倉促。當我表示未收到確認電郵並請求協助查核預約時，職員以一句「OK Bye Bye」結束通話，令整個訂位體驗大打折扣。總結：形式多於實質YA:JANG的概念雖然吸引，但食物味道未如預期，服務亦有待改善。若只求打卡或新鮮感，或許尚可一試；但若重視味道與整體體驗，則未必值得特意前往。…查看更多
