大圍積存街好多好嘢食, 大家都知.但行多幾條街, 冇諗過會搵到間咁有驚喜嘅越南餐廳.一入門口就俾佢嘅裝修吸引住.個feel有啲似酒吧.牆上面有一幅好大嘅越南少女壁畫.餐廳氣氛好舒服.講下食物先.大叻Pizza (HK$88)餅底好薄好脆.剪開嘅時候會有「咔嚓咔嚓」聲.餡料有得揀牛肉或者雞肉, 我揀咗雞肉.Pizza上面仲有蝦米、肉鬆、蔥同埋蛋.食落有啲鹹香味同少少甜.個醬酸酸甜甜, 少少辣.我覺得唔點醬都好食.豬頸肉春卷撈檬 (HK$88)份量都幾多.除咗燒豬頸肉、炸蝦春卷同檬粉, 仲有炭燒豬肉串、勁多生菜同青瓜.個汁酸酸甜甜好開胃.春卷偏鹹, 但咬落好脆.裡面隻蝦好大隻, 仲有啲肉碎.豬頸肉好香, 唔韌.燒豬肉米紙卷 (HK$48)真係有驚喜.米紙皮煙韌.餡料有燒豬肉、檬粉、蘿蔔絲、生菜, 層次豐富.燒豬肉口感結實.點花生醬食, 勁好味!整體嚟講, 呢間餐廳個vibe幾好.坐得好舒服.食物賣相靚, 味道有層次.特別推介米紙卷.我食完仲回味緊.我下一定要試埋其他嘢食!Read More

之前食過有牛骨髓嘅越南牛河唔錯,而且都有啲創意菜式,所以就再嚟試吓其他菜。斑蘭蜆配法包 $108飲一啖湯,好清甜嘅味道!混合咗椰青、椰子嘅甜味、斑蘭獨有嘅香味、香茅同埋少少薑味,混合出一個清甜得來又好有東南亞風味嘅湯底。至於蜆都大隻冇沙,頗甜。不過配嘅法包就唔得。個包呈現紅色,好似好特別咁,但係食落勁普通,唔爽脆又冇味。個湯好清甜,但唔配個包,點完湯之後冇咩味之餘,仲變成軟腍腍軟爛嘅口感,好唔okay。覺得一係改成配飯,或者配個蒜蓉包就咁食會更好。❌燒豬肉米紙卷 $48米紙卷好大份,睇落好飽。米紙質地幾煙靭,但入邊mix and match嘅材料就好普通,係酸蘿蔔配咗大量嘅米粉,加少少烤豬肉。我會期待食到係烤豬肉嘅味道,而唔係成口都係米粉嘅感覺。👌🏼火魔牛肉 $68上枱先用個蓋冚住個煲,再用火點燃外面,儀式感十足。味道方面,牛肉係普通好薄嗰種肥牛質感,味道係比較濃烈嘅黑椒洋蔥味。整體係黑椒洋蔥炒牛肉嘅味道。❌火龍法包(豬腩肉醬) $88千祈唔好喺呢度食法包!上面提到法包配蜆已經唔掂,呢到嘅法包雖然染咗鮮艷嘅色彩,但係完全冇越南法包suppose有嘅外脆內軟。佢嘅皮非常之唔脆,亦都冇麵包香。而呢個法包居然只係加左一d 醬喺上邊,完全唔係期待中越南法包嘅mix and match 味道。結論係唔知食咗啲乜嘢,完全唔推介。👌🏼越南牛河另外原來佢有牛骨髓嘅越南牛河唔係成日有得供應。今次來就冇貨,只可以食普通嘅越南牛河,就正常一般嘅味道。總結係呢間小店餐單嘗試有新意,部份菜式可以,但係就千祈唔好食法包,米紙卷都麻麻。Read More

不是越南菜愛好者,隨著某麗水準的下滑,也很久沒有吃越南菜了這次吃到這麼好吃的越南菜純屬意外 也不是商場裡的連鎖店,真的在大圍居民大樓裡的小店 但一進去我就很喜歡店裡的裝潢,像一部泛黃帶顆粒感的老電影,特別有情調沒想到食物也一樣好吃⭐生牛肉越南粉⭐扎肉豬肉法包⭐蝦乾炒玉米⭐串燒新鮮雞肉⭐青檸蘇打,椰子咖啡都試過了,絕對可以盲點,📌生牛肉粉湯頭鹹鮮,牛肉香,有大幾片,很好吃;📌玉米看上去平平無奇但意外一口接一口停不下來;📌法包得趁熱吃,黃瓜絲,醬,扎肉和豬肉的融合度💯 ;📌串燒雞肉必點,店員特地告訴我們這是當日隱藏菜單,當日菜市場買的新鮮雞肉,試了之後確實新鮮,非常彈牙,燒的也剛好,調味也剛好,隔壁綠色的醬更是沒嚐過的味道。推薦大家一定要點飲品,很出片,很好看,椰子咖啡用的椰子沙冰混合咖啡液,顏值高又好喝,青檸梳打也是天然的味道不知道有沒有感受到我推薦這家店的誠意,住大圍沙田附近的朋友來,不過餐廳晚上還挺滿的,建議先訂位Read More
