The queue has finally disappeared after their initial launch. I've been passing by this bakery on and off for the past few months and always see an insane line outside. This time there were only 4-5 people in the queue, hence I joined the queue and got my goods within 10 mins. Was it worth the hype? In short, it’s a no. Pricing at $23 for a bread roll, it certainly is on the pricy side. The truffle flavour is prominent and the bread is soft and pillowy. It would be a once in a while treat now that the queue is no longer there and I would certainly like to try other items as well next time (egg sandwich is on my list next!)

松露香氣獨特😌一直廣受不少人所喜愛🥰以松露入饌的菜色五花八門,但松露與麵包配搭就可算是非常新奇😳令這間日本麵包店一到香港便隨即捲起熱潮🌪️———————————————————————光看照片,大家或會覺得麵包賣相平平無奇🙂包身就如一般麵包店的豬仔包一樣😂不同之處就只有表面多了少許鹽粒🤏🏻以外表來說絕對不是熱門的打卡食品,但事實上「包不可以貌相」🙅🏻♂️這個松露包的確帶給我意想不到的驚喜🤩麵包一上手,松露的香氣經已撲鼻而來😚濃烈程度比我想像中高😃麵包外皮微脆,內裡煙韌軟熟有咬口😋充滿牛油香味👍🏻氣味強烈的白松露入口味道反而相當清雅😳淡淡的松露配合鹹香的鹽粒,兩者味道互相提升🥹平衡得宜,難怪在日本和香港都極具人氣😎———————————————————————將白松露與麵包結合🍞有噱頭得來同時味道有水準👍🏻雖然$23的定價的確頗貴😅但如此特別的味道依然值得一試👌🏻

今日試吓日本過江龍麵包店。這黑松露旦治麵包鬆軟,當中的碎旦唔會太濕,夾有陣陣松露香,松露味雅淡,帶天然的香氣,味道不錯白松露包真好吃,平平無奇的麵包卻帶有幽幽松露香,配上鹽巴吊味,口感鬆軟不油膩,比三文治好吃。紅豆牛油法包也不錯,紅豆軟綿綿,味道甜香,加上厚厚的牛油,和口感煙韌的法包,幾滋味。

Finally made our way to try out this viral bakery - TruffleBAKERY 🤗.It serves up some truffle infused baked goods & we tried their signature White Truffle Salt Bread. True to its name, their salt bread had a prominent truffle aroma & taste, which was pretty yummy. It’s not as fluffy as the salt breads we had in South Korea but truffle lovers would definitely appreciate and enjoy this one 👍🏻.It’s just a short stroll behind Times Square in Causeway Bay, so stop by if you’re in the area 🙌🏻.There’s still long queues on the weekend… I would wait in line for it but during the week (when I visited) there were no queues , making it more enticing to try...
