今天是幾條冷成員麵包的生日!祝身在台灣慶祝的他生日大快樂、身體健康、日日食好西,而識做的成員們當然提早跟他吃飯慶生啦。這夜來到一間火紅的意大利餐廳Trattoria Felino!擁有非常有神秘感的門口。內裏的佈置絕非華麗反而帶有一種很Chill的感覺,在這兒開餐確實非常放鬆好舒服。甫坐下侍應即送上鬆軟可口的Focaccia!配搭自家製的海苔牛油帶出海洋氣息好味道,可惜吃不到紫菜的車爸爸就要乾啃麵包了。Carbonara Egg$38/件!說穿了其實是卡邦尼意粉的雞蛋版,雞蛋內藏有蛋黃醬、Pecorino Cheese及豬面頰肉,吃下去盡是熟悉的味道但又有全新感覺,而且賣相非常討好是打卡首選。Hamachi Carpaccio$158!鮮香的油甘魚配上煙燻洋薊醬,一放入口那份清新的味道帶來點震撼,加上青瓜及檸檬的清新陪伴這道菜超好吃,車爸爸更用麵包沾滿剩下的醬汁享用吃得津津有味呢。Parma With Love$188!擁有一個非常浪漫的名字,其實他是一件用上巴馬火腿、Burrata Cheese、風乾櫻桃番茄及羅勒組合而成的六吋Focaccia,吃下口感非常豐富味道鹹香好惹味。Bruschettine$128!香脆多士上塗滿一層雪白的Burrata Cheese,再添上鹹煙燻鯷魚及香葉芹,嚐起來除了有鹹鮮及奶香味之外還帶有淡淡的清新香氣。Fried Squid$138!香口美食有酥炸魷魚,這道菜不算十分特別魷魚亦不夠咬口,還好的是炸得夠乾爽香脆佐酒品嚐還不錯的。Seafood Soup$238!碗內放滿了紅蝦、魷魚、青口及蜆等海鮮,由侍應堂前傾進熱騰騰的海鮮濃湯賣相靚仔。滿滿的海鮮非常新鮮好吸引,可惜濃湯帶有點苦澀這點扣了不少分,但特別喜歡他配有炸魚皮令到成件事更切合香港人的口味。Ravioli$178!煙韌的意大利雲吞內包裹著香口的乳豬、Provola Cheese及迷迭香,濃郁的醬汁令雲吞生色不少,加上滿滿的肉香這滋味確實令人神往。Spaghettini Uni$238!這個海膽意粉是我最期待的一道菜,海膽非常新鮮吃下去很甘甜,醬汁用上蒜油及辣椒來炮製好濃稠,意粉吃下夠al dente亦很掛汁,如果醬汁可以濃點海膽味就會更加引人犯罪。Sciallatielli$158!這個以翠玉瓜、Pecorino Cheese及羅勒煮成的Scialatielli同樣嚼勁十足,味道超香濃但一點也不會有膩感,好吃得我們要Encore多一碟來品嚐。Yellow Chicken$498!主菜黃油雞那燉雞汁對我來說太過濃郁吃得不算舒服,雞肉亦沒有預期的滑溜香口所以這道菜未能夠討我歡心。配菜薯仔同樣用超濃郁的肉汁來炮製,還好的是薯仔沒有煮至入味醬汁只掛於表面。Tubetti$198!大家意猶未盡再點來這個以墨魚和魷魚肉醬及檸檬皮來炮製的Tubetti,又是一道濃郁惹味的意粉但這個加上了大海的味道,吃下鮮味餘韻悠長對於我這個海鮮控來說是非常吸引。Millefoglie$118!終於來到甜品環節壽星仔就最開心,這個千層酥的焦糖酥皮香脆可口,夾著朱古力醬、榛子及雪糕味道甜而不膩很唰嘴。Tiramisu$98!這個Tiramisu口感比較結實,咖啡味挺出如果再多點酒香會是我杯茶。壽星愛吃甜所以我們亦為他帶來一個柚子蛋糕賀壽!希望他喜歡我們安排的這場生日晚餐啦。已經忘記是第幾年一起慶祝生日了!好開心遇到這麼貼心的一班好友,幾條冷每次出來吃飯也非常盡興,超期待三月份辣糖的生日飯再聚。 繼續閱讀

朋友住過灣仔,後來搬走咗。但係佢耐不耐都會返灣仔食嘢,因為灣仔實在有太多出色嘅餐廳。今次趁佢返灣仔回味懷念嘅餐廳,我又跟住去趁熱鬧啦。呢間餐廳門面唔多起眼,裏面嘅裝修係小餐館形式,比較隨意唔會拘謹。前菜HAMACHI CRUDO啲魚好鮮味,只係加啲檸檬汁調味就已經好好食。LA MORTAZZA啲ricotta cheese好香,底下嘅包質感同餐前送嘅麵包差唔多,係比較有咬口嘅。SCIALATIELLI麵條質地夠煙靭,不過調味偏鹹。BEEF CHEEK肉質夠幼嫩,調味適中。SKATE WING魚肉質地太腍,食唔出口感,一般。TIRAMISU 唔甜,夠creamy,高質。HAMACHI CRUDOLA MORTAZZASCIALATIELLIBEEF CHEEKSKATE WINGTIRAMISU整體而言食物唔錯,適合一班人慢慢坐低食飯傾偈。 繼續閱讀
