酒店大堂光潔明亮，樓底高，座位寬敞空間感十足，再加上有無敵大玻璃眺望維港景色，一入到去餐廳已經令人感到好愉悅。👌🏼沙律：提供好多種唔同嘅沙律菜選擇，種類豐富。缺點係沙律醬汁普普通通，冇咩選擇。橄欖油亦都好普通，唔香。👌🏼冷盤：提供一般嘅salami、煙三文魚等，冇咩特別。👌🏼壽司刺身：正常嘅三文魚油甘魚吞拿魚果類，三文魚味道幾肥美。壽司冇乜選擇。👌🏼熟食：都多種類，有乳鴿、燒羊肉串、燒賣、河粉之類。🤔Muffin :  普普通通甜品：係呢度嘅highlight。放喺玻璃櫃入邊，賣相精緻。自己最鍾意係Tiramisu、斑蘭蛋糕、松露朱古力。另外係熟食部仲有一款類似夾餅嘅甜品，蛋漿嘅外皮包住花生醬同椰絲。味道都唔錯。雖然比起坊間有啲下午茶buffet貴少少，但係整體嚟講，環境光亮雅致，景色優美，甜品精緻，整體體驗唔錯。係同朋友傾計chill 下嘅好選擇。…查看更多

裝修冇太多改動，只係牆身、傢俬款式同顏色轉咗。食物同之前大致相同，refill快。即製小籠包：肉嫩、湯汁清甜夠多牛肉粒、鯖魚都係即燒。牛肉過熟但唔韌，鯖魚就正常；上湯大蜆又係過熟所以韌咗；鹵水乳鴿、豬手夠入味；沙爹雞肉串啲雞肉稔，沙爹汁偏甜。幾款炸物都唔錯，熱辣辣、脆卜卜，蝦多士入口唔太油。除沙律菜外，個人喜歡較海鮮同泰式木瓜絲沙律。魚生新鮮，卷物就一般。榴槤夾餅出色，餡料醬爆大部分甜品保持一貫水準，但紅色洛神花水狀啫喱就淡而無味；豆腐軟雪糕可以一試。最後歎返杯cappuccino ，喜歡以前有JW字喺上面…查看更多

I preordered this afternoon tea through an online platform(starts with K) to enjoy a slight discount.The welcome drink was a refreshing sweet tea. I would suggest waiting the ice to melt a bit as it can be a bit too sweet initially.The afternoon tea set came and it looked even more stunning with its new design with all its colorful food items.Their desserts were beautifully designed and I was impressed how much detail they put into it. The coconut latte creme had even 3 chocolate drops inside to give a panda appearance, which also happened to be my favorite dessert despite I am not usually a coconut fan. It was that good.Desserts were all good but I was blown away by their savories. The tomato with plum dressing was so juicy and refreshing. The sweetness and tartness made a lovely contrast. The wagyu was tender and juicy even for this mini toast. The lobster jelly was full of crab meat and they were definitely genrous with the caviar yet without being salty.This tea set is a bit pricier than the usual ones but definitely worth the price.
