Yummy fish burger

Trying this Newly opened casual restaurant at PP.. What I ordered : - fish sandwich - tater tots with caviar dill sour cream - set lunch beef tartareSteak & friesAffogato I think everything was pretty good, I especially loved this huge fish burger, it was sooo good! The portion was really generous, there were two slices of filet, the filet was crispy outside and tender inside, topped with great amount of cheese! What I ordered :
- fish sandwich
- tater tots with caviar dill sour cream

I think everything was pretty good, I especially loved this huge fish burger, it was sooo good! The portion was really generous, there were two slices of filet, the filet was crispy outside and tender inside, topped with great amount of cheese! And the brioche bun was so buttery and soft, which I liked a lot!
The tater tots paired with dill sour cream and caviar, a very photogenic dish, taste very good as well!
Beef tartare and steak & fries were ok, up to standard..

I would say the Hawk & Aster is a slightly fancier version of @elephantgrounds
Food was not bad at an affordable price, portions were generous .. I enjoyed my lunch there a lot, I would come back for the fish burger for sure.

太古廣場新餐廳

在IG看到餐廳終於開幕，馬上午餐過去試試，可能還未有太多人知道，在餐廳網站即日已訂到位，服務員都很有禮貌，午飯時間都坐滿了，職員很快安排入座。在太古廣場，$325 三道菜午餐價錢算可以接受。因本人不吃生牛肉，如果可以選擇生牛肉的話，感覺會更抵食 (平常在外面點一份生牛肉也應該差不多$150+) 看到有不少人都點了生牛肉。頭盤點了龍蝦湯，旁邊的芝士條實在太好吃，可惜芝士條送到的時候已經凍了，口感會差一點，但味道不影響還是很好吃 (好想多吃兩條…)龍蝦湯充滿龍蝦肉，一點也不會咸，味道很濃郁。和牛肉醬粗管麵，上菜的時候熱辣辣香氣四溢，肉醬非常足夠，充滿了每一條粗管麵！封門柳牛扒配薯條，用封門柳做牛扒真的第一次試！通常這一種牛肉都用來做火鍋，牛肉質素非常好，一點都不會老，非常軟淋，很好就吃清光！但可惜，可能他們刻意要跟意粉一起上菜，所以牛扒送到的時候已經凍了，餐廳可能要注意一下。黃豆粉芝士蛋糕，送到的時候跟我想像有點不一樣，本以為蛋糕上面會有滿滿的黃豆粉！蛋糕是巴斯克芝士蛋糕旁邊有一些黑糖醬，黑糖醬跟蛋糕很配！如果能多一點黑糖醬會更好 另附上全日餐牌

頭盤點了龍蝦湯，旁邊的芝士條實在太好吃，可惜芝士條送到的時候已經凍了，口感會差一點，但味道不影響還是很好吃 (好想多吃兩條…)龍蝦湯充滿龍蝦肉，一點也不會咸，味道很濃郁。

黃豆粉芝士蛋糕，送到的時候跟我想像有點不一樣，本以為蛋糕上面會有滿滿的黃豆粉！蛋糕是巴斯克芝士蛋糕旁邊有一些黑糖醬，黑糖醬跟蛋糕很配！如果能多一點黑糖醬會更好
