終於到我試Rosewood嘅tea了仲記得佢一開始heat嗰陣係book唔到…隨住依家熱潮過 訂位唔難了 但睇住佢加到$五字頭😂😂心諗都係趁佢再加價之前快啲食咗先😂嗰陣喺Dining City訂有優惠 係Autumn Menu (yes啲相已經堆咗一個季節 春天都就到😂)𝗔𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗺𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘂 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗮 𝗦𝗲𝘁($𝟱𝟲𝟴𝗽𝗽)🤍𝗔𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗲 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬第一次食tea食到fine dining咁😂有amuse bouche係咩事有個椰菜花湯同羊奶芝士撻 兩樣都不錯湯有好奢華嘅魚子醬配脆片可以分開食 同個湯冇咩關係芝士撻記得係芝士味濃同好香黑松露味🤍𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬算係無論賣相定配搭 都好有誠意嘅三文治!!4款分別係煙三文魚 蛋沙律 蟹肉同goose ham鍾意蟹肉同蘋果嘅配搭 蛋沙律配紅椒都幾新奇Overall 全部都冇伏都幾好食 餡料足 食落唔會乾🤍𝗣𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘁 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴.𝟱/𝟭𝟬大部份嘅分都係比個poached apple嗰款 好出色🥹蘋果造型嘅朱古力脆皮 入面包住蘋果粒 再浸住雲呢拿泡泡同有啲crumble 係平時apple crumble嘅變奏版!另一款pear sorbet配粟子蓉就普通 唔識欣賞呢個組合…🤍𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗲 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬分別有classic scone同南瓜scone南瓜味嘅存在感唔高 都係鍾意classic款多啲無論蛋香麵粉香定個濕潤度等 都幾啱我口味 但未到食過嘅最好食🤍𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘁 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴.𝟱/𝟭𝟬又係少有地全部都冇伏 而且呢碟仲要全部都好食有突最鍾意係嗰款榛子醬Mille Feuille! 鎮店招牌甜品冇得輸之後就係個吉士撻 最近人氣嘅$98蛋撻嗰款應該同呢個係同款吉士醬 外層酥皮好香但硬咗少少其次係奇異果芒果椰子嘅清新配搭 超級濃厚嘅黑森林撻同Banoffee Choux 聽聞係換咗甜品大廚之後成個質素又再提升咗🥹🤍𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟱/𝟭𝟬食到呢到已經飽到上頭頂 佢會推架車出嚟 比你任揀有唔同朱古力 曲奇 Madeleine等 最後求其揀咗幾款食咗一兩粒就埋尾了 有得任揀好開心但食起就冇咩記憶點總結係成個tea set都好正 冇嘢中伏🥹鍾意食鹹多過甜嘅我覺得佢有amuse bouche令鹹甜比例平衡翻 好欣賞不過下午茶呢樣嘢本身好睇當時menu出成點(戴翻頭盔) 呢個Autumn menu係出色嘅🫶🏻

Great vibes - I love the ambience and the service. The food was okay, but I wish there was more savoury food - the balance was a bit off - the proportion was 90%+ sweet and 10% savoury (the sandwiches). Towards the end, there was just no way we could have finished the last few pieces of cakes and cookies/ chocolates - the sweetness of the entire afternoon tea was so sickeningly sweet, and overpowering. I have sweet tooth and always love sweet treat, but this afternoon tea set was too over with their sweets - half way in it was already too much sweets, I just couldn’t enjoy it!

喺五一黃金週 finalise dissertation,交出去之後,反正都係等Email,所以決定先去high tea。喺openrice見到大家對 The Butterfly Room 「蝶苑」 評價甚高,所以決定試吓。餐廳屬於 Rosewood Hotel,喺正出$98 蛋撻嘅「沁蝶」餅房隔籬。今日早咗入去,可能時間尚早,仲見到一堆蛋撻擺咗出嚟晒冷,但食完tea出到嚟冇晒。Book位嘅時候同店員講咗,要一 set high tea per person。坐低之後,佢會簡單解釋,餐廳出嘅high tea,會好似course dishes,而唔係一次過擺檯。送上咸點之前,佢哋會先 serve a drink you ordered,我叫咗杯洋甘菊茶,nothing's special.法式三文治 & 魚子醬布甸兩款咸點幾出色,餐廳無論喺環境、服務同食物質素都會令你覺得成件事好細緻。法式三文治有點膩,屬於小朋友會喜歡嘅味道。魚子醬布甸對我來說非常新鮮,不會佔據太多quota,食完非常開心。手指三文治左起:紅菜頭三文魚、醃蘿蔔、芝士火腿、蛋沙津 推介醃蘿蔔三文治,其他三文治味道尚可。唔會令你失望,只係其他菜式更好。紅苺雪芭 & 蜜餞車厘子呍呢嗱梳乎厘好食!一次過食到兩樣dinner之後叫嘅desserts。兩款甜品都好多層次,紅苺雪芭內有不同材料,有齊酸甜滑脆,同埋嗰堆紅苺醬好好食。至於梳乎厘方面,由於本人係唔識去評論任何梳乎厘,但我冇食過如此味道嘅蜜餞車厘子,成件事好high class。鬆餅 & 奶油麵包麵包同甜品係同時上,因為鬆餅係我對high tea嘅highest expectation,所以一定會食先。結論係完全唔失望,大小剛好,但擺喺隔籬嘅奶油麵包完全係 impossibility 地好食,到達驚為天人嘅地步!黑朱古力完全唔膩,仲帶點咸香,質感勁軟熟,非常推薦。至於clotted cream同jam就冇乜特別,反而佢擺多咗款牛油,令你會想試吓。左上:士多啤梨蛋糕、蜜糖哈密瓜撻左下:蜜柑撻、蜜糖窩夫甜品方面,統一味道比較輕盈,個人非常推薦蜜糖哈密瓜撻,好似冇食過由呢兩款材料combine而成嘅甜品。至於士多啤梨同蜜柑撻嘅忌廉都混合咗材料,所以4款甜品嘅味道都有啲相似,同樣酸甜但不膩。最後蜜糖窩夫會有少少creamy,但絕對能夠handle。左起:黑朱古力、橙皮朱古力、瑪德蓮蛋糕由於奶油麵包太驚為天人,令伯爵茶瑪德蓮因此比下去。橙皮朱古力有驚喜,夾埋最後一兩啖茶,覺得成件事好夾。總括來說:性價比甚高,上菜時間快,服務非常好,製作用心精緻,誠心建議奶油麵包可以單買。

早陣子外遊,一個月沒見的閨蜜帶我去吃5星級的下午茶👍 建議人生總要試一次😬這家酒店的下午茶一位難求,必須要訂位啊❗️我們從中午12時説説笑笑至4時,下午茶款式多得要 「打包」 takeaway 😂下午茶的秋季菜單有以下美點:1. Amuse Bouche 開胃小點:法語意思是「給嘴巴的娛樂」,有2款分別是魚子醬西蘭花湯和山羊芝士黑松露塔2. Finger Sandwich 手指三明治:有4款分別是鱒魚籽三文魚、蟹籽螃蟹肉、黑松露鵝肉火腿和西班牙紅椒蛋沙律3. Pre-Dessert前甜點:香梨栗子芭菲和薈蘋果曲奇脆脆4. Scone 英式鬆餅:原味和南瓜,配上奶油和自家制果醬5. Plated Dessert精美甜點:5款甜點有云呢拿肉桂吉士撻、榛子千層酥、香蕉太妃泡芙、黑森林、秋日陽光慕絲6. Mignardise Chocolate Trolley 朱古力小點心:在朱古力餐車上選三款朱古力點心7. 茶窖菜單:可選擇的茶種類多,我們點了胭脂歌劇茶和洋甘菊茶;花茶散發著果香和花香,有紓壓𡨴神作用🥰人均港幣 $568+10%,不少慕名而來的旅客,你能理解受歡迎程度嗎!😬

Went there with a best friend of mine to spend the afternoon with a expected nice tea set but we were quite disappointed on the whole thing. Let's talk about Rosewood Hotel first, the interior design was too much, scent was unpleasant, patterns were everywhere to a point they screams "TOO MUCH" . So unnecessarily over designed. Seats were way to low and deep, it was no so comfy that I had to sit at the edge of the couch. To start, the tea were nice, very fresh and fragrant. Then it came with the finger sandwiches. The salmon one and crab roe one were nice, the other two were pretty forgettable.Foie Gras mini tart was the highlight of them all, texture of Foie Gras was so smooth and the pastry was crunchy, the textures were contradict while complementing each other.The soup was very much like canned pumpkin soup which was supposed to be a truffle soup. Then came with the Cherry-shape and chocolaty ones, I don't even remember the names or the tastes of them, you can guess how memorable they are. Just remember dry ice everywhere. Then was the four-piece cakes dish. Marshmallow one and Napoleon were great ! Love them, the other two, again, I forgot. Came to the end was the bread basket and assorted chocolate/ snack box, we were too full that we can't eat anymore... took away for later. I would suggest them to focus at the quality or the food instead of the quantity and the gimmicks. Yea, some of them were instagrammable but very disappointing after that instagram post. Also, for the service, as a 6 stars hotel, they failed. They were doing it as the needed to do it, it's not from their DNA and the bottom of their hearts to serv. Say for instant, they presented two desserts at the same time but they gave you only one fork. Am I suppose to use the same fork for two completely different tasted dessert? Then my friends asked for some milk for her tea, but then they gave you the milk without the stirrer... These are the tiny little things that they need to improve. By comparison to some other hotel like Hyatt and Marriotts, they still have a long way to go. Washroom, you need to pass through the back door looking door to go there, again, design issue. Washroom itself was nice, but the hand cream and hand soap didn't have any tags on them for differentiation... AND! they needed to be hand pumped... come on, it's 2024...
