Elements seems to lack good restaurants as fellow Open Rice readers (including us) have had bad experiences there. We decided to try our luck and went to Stormies for a casual dinner. The waiters were very friendly and attentive. Given that it was more of a bar than a restaurant, the selections on their menu were limited. However, the portions were just right and were not too heavy. We wrapped up dinner with the Mango Pana Cotta and Chocolate Tarte which were rather good. Not a bad place for cat

早一個星期搞不成，今次終於成局，雖然人少少，但仍然充滿歡樂氣氛，又過了開心的晚上。每人先揀了一杯drink，三位小姐揀了無酒精的stormies favorite，是純粹果汁，蘋果、菠蘿等，味道稍甜，而兩位男士當然是無酒不歡。頭盤有炸軟殼蟹、煙肉焗薯皮及水牛城雞翼三熱氣炸物，以雞翼最為脆口不油膩，十分滋味，但另配有的藍芝士醬，味道極濃烈，不是人人可接受。焗薯皮帶點煙肉的鹹香，可借皮身過硬。食完一輪頭盤後，再來主菜茄汁蝦意粉、BBQ Ribs及Fish & Chips。意粉的香草味甚濃，與茄汁非常是配合，意粉亦做到彈牙效果。BBQ Ribs基本上是美式餐廳必食之選，是原排豬肋骨，其醬燒味非常濃郁，肉亦做到鬆化有味，配菜又多，比起樓下的wildfire做得更好。Fish & Chips兩者同樣是熱騰騰，一定是即炸起的效果，香脆到不得了。我有同baby在，甜品當然不可缺，在難以篩選下，貪心的每款也不錯過。首先食其中較淡味的Mango Panna Cotta，芒果味濃，奶凍的質感夠滑，baby就嫌伴碟的芒果肉略酸。另外其餘四款都有共通點，是伴有雪榚來吃的，有Chesse cake、Chocol

去完Wildfire才驚覺HSBC優惠好正，隔了兩天又去埋elements頂樓的Stormies。　那是一餐late lunch，三個人要了：　Smoked chicken tortellini($148)-即是上次在wildfire未食到的雞肉雲吞。餐廳加了大量蕃茄及cream去煮，醬汁很滋味，雲吞本身又有芝士香，我覺得十分好吃，不過細妹就受不到洋蔥味與忌廉味，可見口味這回事的確人人不同~　Pulled pork Burrito($88)-burrito是一種墨西哥的麵餅捲, 薄薄的頗鬆化, 與燒香的豬肉絲一起吃甚美味；細妹又大讚伴碟的薯條香脆可口，令人食完一條又一條!　Chocolate Torte with caramelized banana ($58)-原來igors集團的餐廳甜品款式差不多，但各店都有自己推介，我一於信server就點推介。stormies的chocolate torte不似樓下wildfire的出品般過甜，而有朱古力應有的苦味，溫熱帶濕潤的質感十分討好，一件飛快清光!　Chardonny ($50)-師兄點了紅酒，我願意奉陪，不過就要揀不澀的白酒。輕輕一試

本人一般都很少左網上發表食評,但直至去完這間餐廳,真的要向大家發表一下其服務態度真是不能容忍. 某日,我同一班朋友去到elements既酒bar podium, 見到呢間shop 都有好幾枱客人(大部份都係遊客), 諗住都吾錯, 所以決定坐低飲野, D服務員見我0地入去時不太樂意招呼, 其中一個仲好以吾想做我0地生意, 用一D好冇禮貌既語氣同我0地講D枱"Reserved~", 咁我0地就話坐細少少都OK, 佢0地先至肯比另一張枱我0地坐,到我0地一order既時候, 另一個好冇禮貌既女服務員好以聽吾明又或者吾想聽之下, 吾同我0地落單就走左去, 結果由另外一過走過既待應同我0地落單, 當時全間餐廳大約有6個侍應同時亦只有我們要order, 吾知道佢0地係度做咩, 之後見到有另一大班菲律賓籍人仕黎到, 待應們都變左笑面迎人, 吾通中國人就吾可以去佢0地間餐廳光顧??? 奇奇奇~~~

there r so many "pub n rest" styles in hong kong, mostly located in areas where foreign ppl stay or at some modern decent malls....this Stormies is located at the roof floor (civil square) in elements, i went there once and ordered chicken wings and a draft beer called Tetley.
