Pass by and i would like to try this kind of restaurant with my gf. Read Sicilian italian is not so easy find in hong kong, i think firstone. Environment was very good the atmosfer was like sicilian, the staff was friendly. i like the idea open kitchen. Many good choice on the menu. We take on share, tuna carpaccio, Wagyu beef carpaccio and ravioli carbonara.Tuna carpaccio was very good, they use the salsa tonnata and i think is wonderful idea. taste perfect fresh tuna wonderful decoration. Wagyu beef carpaccio. This was outstanding, what a good beef, wood can't stop to eat. amazing taste higher quality of meat.Ravioli Carbonara. What a wonderful surprise. Never try before. No chance it was amazing. Huge portion totally hand made. Congratulation. The filled up with eggs and mozzarella cheese. All served with sliced of italian bacon.I will back again to try other dish, it was amazing experience. the customer service is very great, very friendly staffs. the food quality is very excellent and many ingredients are added to the dishes and the texture of the plating is beautiful. I could even bring my own wine and have a nice time with my family and friends. The looking of the restaurant gives me a very warm and Christmas vibe which I love. finally the unique cocktails made by the bartender gets me going. Very disappointing dinner, easily the worst Italian meal I’ve had in HK in the last 16 years. Drinks are excellent, service and front of house good. However if the menu is going to be so narrow then the food needs to be up to scratch. A beef lasagne was dry and showed little evidence of beef, Hamachi carpaccio was featherweight - both underestimate the customer. Crab cake looked like crab cake but was tasteless. 食lunch.等左一個鐘主菜都未黎。餐廳一半都未坐滿，counter企左5個廚煮緊野，點解可以咁耐。終於都等到，得一份。都可以嘅。意粉口感唔錯，冇汁但有啖啖海水嘅鮮味。再等多15分鐘，其他終於黎。淨係影左一個。個蟹肉意粉賣相唔討好，但食落還好。呢個pesto唔係al dente咁簡單，係硬到痴牙。本來諗住算啦照食，但三個人都食唔落，於是向店員反映。店員叫左個廚黎，佢話換一隻麵比我地，會快啲。真係幾快，但個樣係咁嘅。自問都食過唔少意粉，咁嘅樣嘅真係未見過。點解可以濕到咁。雖然個意粉係正常，但Pesto完全冇調味，只有好重嘅basil, 重到有啲草青味。食左一半，都係放棄了。等到無聊期間，店員免費refill哂。我就叫左杯mocktail. 正常，冇乜特手。差得誇張。以後唔會再黎。…查看更多

Being from Italy I had a certain level of expectations going in. Probably the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. By far. There’s a ton of really good options in Hong Kong. How’s this place going to survive? Ordered a cod fish tartare. Average and very tiny but all in all edibleStrozzapreti pesto e rane (pasta pesto and frogs)… had no pesto. Instead, it featured a mix of chopped veggies that could well go as the base for minestrone. Totally tasteless. Ended up eating less than 10% of that. Went for weekday lunch. Disappointed only one pasta choice for lunch set. I don’t like their seafood pasta choice so I opted for a la carte. The vegetarian lasagna was so bad. Mostly vegetables with lots of corn starch cream. Also the vegetables are frozen inside. I could not even finish it… …查看更多
