談及「刀削麵」,相信絕大部份人首先都會聯想到中國著名五大麵食之一——山西刀削麵,雖然曾經嘗過無數間韓國餐廳,主打韓式刀削麵的卻是前所未聞。Seoul Noodles正正以韓式刀削麵打響名堂,餐牌上主要只有各款湯麵及湯飯,名副其實「貴精不貴多」,然而至今分店已遍及中環、灣仔、銅鑼灣、旺角等多地,而且每次經過都依然大排長龍,人氣不容小覷。排骨辣湯麵 ($98)刀削麵每日新鮮人手製作,將麵團以低溫發酵24小時後再反覆搓揉而成,較山西刀削麵幼身故口感亦相對軟滑,但同時亦保留恰如其份的彈性;排骨肉量多之餘燜煮得軟腍鬆化,湯底香辣惹味。配菜方面除了有兩款泡菜之外更有一小碗拌飯,加上紫菜、芽菜、粟米、辣椒粉及麻油,簡單但滋味。蜆湯麵 ($78)相對之下蜆湯麵風格截然不同,蜆份量十足惟部分帶沙可再改善,湯底既清而鮮,帶有陣陣胡椒香氣,感覺上更加輕盈。豬肉餃子 ($38)餃子皮透薄而餡料飽滿,豬肉混合韭菜及粉絲肉汁豐富。泡菜餃子 ($38)泡菜餃子同樣皮薄餡多,加上泡菜酸辣惹味。冷白肉 ($128)五花肉肥瘦相間,肉質軟嫩並富彈性,只有鹽及黑椒調味但毫不帶絲毫臊味,配上包飯醬及蒜香醬油,肥而不膩。菜包肉 ($128)菜包肉與冷白肉如出一轍,不過會再以竹籠蒸製故略為溫熱,口感忽冷白肉更加軟腍鬆化。

啱啱去完呢間韓國餐廳,經常見到好多人排隊,啲食物非常之好食,職員嘅態度亦都非常之好,工作態度非常之認真,讓我感到非常之好,亦都有一個非常之好的體驗,相差速度非常之好,服務質素亦都非常之好

I recently visited a Korean restaurant, and the experience was truly delightful. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with tasteful décor that created a cozy yet modern vibe. The staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to explain the menu, which was especially helpful for those new to Korean cuisine. The food was outstanding—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The kimchi was perfectly seasoned, and the barbecue was cooked to perfection. Portion sizes were generous, and prices were reasonable for the quality. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for authentic Korean food and a memorable dining experience. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

經過尖沙咀呢間鋪都成日大排長龍由韓國人主理,主打韓式湯麵和湯飯$100就有有韓式小菜+主食+小食的套餐二人套餐(包2款湯麵或湯飯+2款小食+1款肉食)$308可以加錢加餸!大顛!我冇諗過咁多料我另外加左排骨、雞肉和蜆都只係$100係多到變左一個餐出黎-排骨辣湯麵招牌推薦!排骨超大塊!排骨肉煮得很軟腍配搭微辣湯底非常開胃麵條充滿彈性很有口感-雞湯麵半隻雞配湯麵超級飽足我仲加左雞肉冇諗過係多半隻雞原隻雞真係飽到天靈蓋2人餐可以變4人餐!因為麵既份量都好多講番個雞湯都好高質簡單自然的調味雞肉都煮得骨肉分離好滑呀好有韓國媽媽煮的味道另外+既蜆肉又係多到媽媽都唔認得係加一碗滿既蜆肉!蜆肉大粒又好鮮甜-菜包肉是跟餐的肉食可選菜包肉和冷白肉五花肉好嫩滑,完全唔會乾柴碗搭豆瓣醬和泡菜一起吃味道更提升-紫菜包飯-泡菜餃子/豬肉餃子手掌咁大粒!內餡好飽滿
