查實今晚上去中環這間分店後,先記得灣仔石水渠街那間其實很久之前也食過了,果時是未出名的,當時食完覺得有點貴和坐得迫和唔舒服的(自己感覺),但都有Thai feel 和食物都還可以的。有個星期六黃昏在中環經過都見好多人排隊,所以今晚around 6:20 見冇乜人就入去試吓,入去一食一望就記得了⋯⋯ 入去見menu就係鋪枱的紙,選擇了2 碗牛肉泰麵和一個炸魷魚🦑。跟住想飲杯水啦,大家要留意普通清水和sparking water 也要每位$18 ,所以就叫普通drink啦,叫左2 杯lime 之類吧⋯⋯ 牛肉Thai 麵係湯底是濃的,內有牛肉牛丸牛腩,有質數的,但又未話去到極高水平,但食完好快會口乾,但杯Lime又 太細杯了,飲幾口就好快飲完,個炸魷魚ok , 個汁好味,但份糧就六至八塊左右,比較小⋯⋯埋單2個人$609, 我覺得比較貴,有點兒唔值,坐位用木圓櫈,同埋枱與枱比較迫和嘈,和灣仔分店差唔多感覺……所以試過一次就算了…..

中環分店位於安蘭街,一條旺中帶靜嘅小巷,同灣仔本店一樣好受歡迎,開門之前就已經見到一條人龍!不過如果唔介意坐bar 枱,其實好快有位。餐廳裡面嘅環境好有泰國feel,座位同擺設都好有地道風情,坐bar枱其實唔錯,可以喺open kitchen望住廚師煮嘢食,仲多一份娛樂性 😙我試咗佢哋嘅和牛船麵,湯底燶而不鹹,味道好正!金邊粉好Q彈,食落去真係好authentic,食得返泰國嘅味道。牛肉係和牛,肉質嫩滑,仲帶有少少油香,一個字:正!😋 朋友試咗泰式打拋和牛配油炸雞蛋飯,肉碎炒得好香,搭配隻燶邊太陽蛋撈飯,真係正到爆!總括而言,呢度嘅食物真係好食,但價錢稍微貴咗d,值得一試!如果掛著泰國船麵又未飛到嘅時候,呢度係可以幫你止止癮😆

呢間餐廳喺平日中午時段非常受歡迎,好多人都會排隊等位。今日就試咗佢哋嘅Set Beef Boat Noodle同埋Watermelon飲品。首先講下Set Beef Boat Noodle,呢個菜式係一種泰式船麵,湯底濃鬱,牛肉鮮嫩,配上彈牙嘅米粉,真係好味。而且份量足夠,食完之後感覺好滿足。再嚟就係Watermelon飲品,呢款飲品清甜可口,飲落去感覺好解渴。尤其係喺炎熱嘅夏天,飲一杯冰凍嘅西瓜汁,真係好舒服。總括嚟講,Samsen 泰麵嘅食物質素唔錯,而且價錢合理。如果你鍾意食泰國菜,又或者想試下新口味,不妨嚟呢度試下。不過要提醒大家,因為呢間餐廳好受歡迎,所以可能要等一陣先有位。

昨晚下班後,和女朋友去了中環一間泰國菜餐廳試試。到的時候餐廳幾乎滿座,剛好還剩一張桌子給我們。餐廳氣氛不錯,餐具也很有特色,不是普通的碗碟,感覺有用心挑選。我們點了泰國炒通菜、泰式火車炒飯配和牛,還有一份泰式炒闊河粉(雞肉)。另外看到飲品單上有椰子豆奶冰,覺得應該不錯,就叫了一杯試試。上菜速度很快,雖然餐廳已經坐滿,但沒有等太久。食物炒得很有鑊氣,通菜爽脆,炒飯的米粒分明,和牛不會過老,闊河粉的味道剛好,不會太鹹而且還伴以一小碟辣椒醬作調味。椰子豆奶冰比預期好喝,不會太甜,有淡淡的豆香和椰子味。份量方面,兩個人剛剛好夠飽,不會多到吃不完。整體來說,這頓飯吃得挺滿意,下次有機會可能會再來試其他菜式。

Came here put down my name for table of 4 at 6:30. They said it’s a 10 mins wait so I put down my name. It’s now 7:36pm and they have yet gave me a table. Still waiting. Each time I asked them (at least 4 times in the past hour) they said 10 mins. If they be honest they should tell me it’s more than an hour wait then I’ll go somewhere. They should let people reserve online or by phone instead of making big crowds wait outside in the heat. Also such a disturb to the shops next to their restaurant. Again no one force people to wait outside but at least be honest the wait time. 10 mins verses more than an hour wait is a bad insincere estimate. With this crowd they should allow people to make reservations. No one in HK likes this waiting scheme. Also making guest wait outside in the heat with poor ventilation because their kitchen exhaust fan is blowing to the people waiting outside. With motorcycles parking next to the crowded. Oil from kitchen, vehicles gas fumes, extreme heat, that’s rude to their customers.
