上環永樂街呢幢舊式商廈真係估佢唔到!推開6樓道木門,成間「Sabor Spanish Touch Private Kitchen」似足去咗西班牙阿媽個廚房咁~ 暖笠笠嘅燈光、牆上掛住啲手繪瓷磚,仲有個開放式廚房傳嚟「滋滋聲」煎緊火腿嘅油香,未坐低已經想嗌杯Sangria先! ✨**環境:勁Chill私人空間** 全場得五張枱,夠晒私密!我同班Friend包咗半場慶祝生日,最正係個弧形玻璃窗位,望住上環啲老街景食dinner 😇菜單主打西班牙風味,當然少唔到Tapas小食啦,仲有佢哋嘅特色飯同Grill菜式,每一款都好有心思。以下就簡單分享一下我哋點嘅幾款菜式:**高濃度雞肝醬水晶包🥟** 首先送上濃郁雞肝醬,配自家製嘅水晶包,一口咬落又香又滑,雞肝味道濃郁但唔會太膩,又冇腥味, ,質感滑溜又煙韌,水晶包嘅脆口感覺同雞肝醬係天作之合!😋✨真係一啖一個停唔到口!👍**Sabor Chicken Box 杏花雞匣🍗** 主角登場!道菜真係超有創意!用松果木煙燻製嘅烤杏花雞,雞肉拆骨後每啖都超嫩滑多汁,外皮炸得金黃酥脆,重點係入面仲有杏花香氣,口感層次豐富,好有特色層次感即刻提升!雞嘅原味完全被帶出,真係一試難忘!🔥🐔~💕**Chicken Skin Oil Rice 雞皮油香飯🍚** 呢個完全係今晚嘅主角!雞皮煎到香脆,油香滲入飯入面,每一啖都充滿靈魂🔥。飯粒粒分明又濕潤,真係食到人想抱住碗飯唔放手,必試!💯總廚Jose Vicente Mascaros師承西班牙米芝蓮,真係將雞嘅味道玩到出神入化,完全值得「中環四雞之首」呢個稱號!🥇**Grilled Cuttlefish with Alloil 蒜泡墨魚粒🐙** 墨魚切到細粒,但保留咗原汁原味嘅鮮味,配埋蒜香嘅醬汁,好惹味,食得出廚師真係落咗心機去處理食材✨。佢哋嘅象都係自己研發有少少嘅wasabi味,但又唔會太辣突出到食墨魚粒嘅層次佢哋真係一間值得再訪嘅私房菜餐廳,無論係食物、環境定服務都好有水準,仲要免開瓶費,真係大大加分!下次有朋友搞派對或者慶祝活動,呢度一定係首選!🎉😌📍餐廳資料: **Sabor Spanish Touch Private Kitchen** 香港上環永樂街1-3號世瑛大廈6樓601室 繼續閱讀

【Sabor 🔥充滿驚喜的西班牙私房菜】最近成日食雞胸,朋友立刻帶我食全香港最好食的雞胸!唔止雞胸得,其他菜式都充滿驚喜! 🔥Chicken Liver Pate高濃度雞肝醬配水晶包水晶包自家焗製,好新鮮,夠脆!雞肝醬肝味好香濃,配上蔥、洋蔥、莓醬,酸甜感覺與雞肝好夾,非常之開胃的頭盤。.🔥Sabor Chicken Box杏花雞匣杏花雞來自肇慶市封開縣,又名米仔雞,被列入廣東三大名雞之一,久仰大名。主角出場,全雞上枱,店員禮貌地係我哋面前點火,好有儀式感!再將雞帶返入廚房斬件,切好嘅雞放入木盒內,再度登場時有好香嘅松果煙薰味,雞髀雞肉列陣放好,先嚐雞胸,滑度超出想像,再食件雞髀又再食返雞胸!過程得意好玩又有進食嘅享受!雞味香濃入味,完全唔需要點醬汁,雞嘅軟滑程度,我認同朋友所講「全香港最好食的雞胸肉」.🔥Chicken Skin Oil Rice 雞皮油香飯煲仔上,店員會打開煲蓋,噴上秘製醬汁,我聞到少少威士忌嘅味,嘻嘻😁,再輕輕將飯撈炒,雞皮先焗脆再和雞絲一同加入,簡單得嚟又惹味,無諗過兩個人最後食晒成煲飯!.🔥Grilled Cuttlefish with Alloil蒜泡墨魚粒墨魚粒切丁先炒香,再配上新鮮機打泡沫蒜醬,蒜醬由店員在枱上新鮮噴出,翠綠泡泡好有軟雪糕感覺,軟滑度媲美軟雪糕,少少天然蒜辣,與墨魚粒好夾。.🔥Catalonia Cream with Handmade Melon Ice-cream 西班牙加泰羅尼亞焦糖布丁手做蜜瓜雪糕這甜品就係著名壽司店甜品「卡達拉娜」的原型。外型上與法式焦糖燉蛋非常之相似,嚴格來講Catalonia cream較為軟身帶點點橘子味,奶味比較濃。今次再配上由廚師手製蜜瓜雪糕,兩款甜品又讓我突然開胃起來。原來總廚師承西班牙米芝蓮Jose Vincent Mascaros,難怪食物質奇高,隱世水準小店。餐廳店員好Nice,原來免開瓶費,可惜今晚朋友唔飲酒,下次識得帶酒嚟飲了!當晚另一驚喜係見到明星客人,一家幾口坐我們附近,低調的我都不敢打擾,不過佢哋都點咗我讚好食的Chicken Box呢!📍訂位是重要事 繼續閱讀

Knowing that the head chef was trained under Spain’s Michelin-starred Jose Vicente Mascaros, we couldn’t pass up the chance to try this place. Their signature Sabor Chicken Box includes chicken liver pate, oven baked chicken, and Sabor traditional rice. Made with Xinghua chicken from Zhaoqing that’s ranked as the top of Guangdong’s three famous chicken breeds, it offers a clean, fresh, sweet, and tender taste with a fragrant aroma from the bones. The flaming presentation at the table was very instagrmmable.🥂 Chicken Liver PateRich and flavorful, the chicken liver pate is served with crispy, house-baked toasts, leaving a delightful, lingering taste. 🥂 Oven-Baked Chicken Smoked with pine wood and deboned, this chicken offers smooth, tender flavours in every bite, even the breast meat is juicy. Served simply with lime salt and Himalayan mineral salt, the dish highlights the chicken’s natural taste and is absolutely delicious. 🥂 Sabor Traditional Rice Served in a pot with golden, crispy chicken skin on top, the rice is rich and aromatic. Before serving, a house-made sauce is drizzled over, enhancing the dish and delivering a satisfying experience. 🥂 Catalonia Cream with Homemade Ice Cream We finished the meal with this dessert, which looks like crème brûlée but surprises you with a liquid center. It was a delightful way to end the evening. .Every spending of $1,200, they offer complimentary corkage for one bottle. This venue is also ideal for private event reservations.
