假日約了友人食飯,行過皇室堡,見到呢間ROYAL INN,記得上年去過尖沙咀分店食lunch都ok,今次一於試下晚餐。餐廳面積頗大,裝潢以宮廷風為主調,歐式水池的佈置十分搶眼,水晶燈及古典擺設,感覺優雅,充滿浪漫氣氛之感,設有VIP房適合大夥兒聚會。餐牌,食物都幾多選擇。香蒜白酒鮮大蜆扁意粉,$168。大蜆份量頗多,唔算好肥美但肉質鮮甜,扁意粉軟硬適中,味道香口微辣少許酒香,味道不俗。法國香烤油封鴨脾,$278。油封鴨脾味道鹹香,肉質軟嫩,底層白腰豆質感鬆軟綿密。開心果蘋果玉桂班戟,$88,見有開心果即想試下,賣相精美,面層有開心果碎粒及蘋果肉,法式班戟煙韌,味道正常水準。環境靚打卡之選,服務態度有禮,食物正常水準,滿足的一餐。

在銅鑼灣的皇室堡,我和朋友們發現了一家別具情調的西餐廳。餐廳門口有個噴水池,內部則用花卉裝飾和黑白地板,營造出一種舒適的氛圍,非常適合聚餐或慶祝特別日子。我們首先點了香草牛油焗田螺(Escargot)。這道菜的呈現相當吸引,搭配香濃的牛油薯蓉和六隻田螺,味道十分鮮美,田螺的口感嫩滑,搭配香草和牛油的香氣,讓人印象深刻。接下來是安格斯西冷牛扒(Angus Sirloin Steak)。這份牛扒煎得恰到好處,外層有漂亮的烤痕,內裡多汁嫩滑。配上香草牛油,味道更添層次。旁邊的烤番茄和薯蓉,酸甜和綿密的口感相得益彰。黑椒汁濃郁,為整道菜增添了豐富的風味。最後,這道蒜香蝦義大利麵色香味俱全,蝦肉鮮嫩多汁,搭配香脆的蒜片和新鮮的蔬菜,口感豐富。意粉煮得恰到好處,吸收了濃郁的蒜香和蝦的鮮味,每一口都令人回味無窮。

Located in Causeway Bay, this restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience that is perfect for food lovers and Instagram enthusiasts alike. The entrance features a stunning fountain, a rare sight that immediately draws attention. It’s no surprise that nearly every guest stops to take pictures. The ambiance inside is dominated by an elegant European palace style, with spacious seating. We started with the French Confit Duck Leg, which was tender and juicy. The savory flavors spread delightfully across the palate, perfectly complemented by creamy kidney beans that added a rich texture. Another standout was the Beef Tartare paired with Roasted Bone Marrow. The beef was exquisitely tender and melted in the mouth, while the rich bone marrow added a depth of flavor that was truly indulgent. The addition of egg yolk enhanced the beef’s taste.
