When in doubt, go to Paris... or have some macarons maybe?還記得那一夜登上凱旋門時遠眺著巴黎宏偉壯觀的城市景象,十分難忘,好想喺聖誕節再度踏足 Arc de triomphe 。其實近近哋尖沙咀The One 有間法式宮廷嘅靚餐廳、一樣有純白凱旋門裝修,喺度食飯感覺華麗浪漫、聖誕節日氣氛濃厚法式龍蝦濃湯Lobster Bisque with Crispy Cornbread, Cognac Cream, Chives> 個人覺得個湯龍蝦味真係好濃重口味,味道有點甘,可以調味淡啲都好。粟米麵包幾脆又甜甜哋香煎海鱸魚伴北海道帶子Pan Seared Sea Brass Fillet with Scallop, Mashed Potato & Saffron Creamy Sauce > 上桌時聞到好香,海鱸魚個皮煎到香脆,跟個番紅花忌廉汁係絕配!帶子口感幾嫩滑好香口,整體味道唔錯精選甜品拼盤- 檸檬撻、馬卡龍、布朗尼、焦糖脆脆Dessert Platter - Lemon Tarts, Macarons, Brownies, Caramel Honeycomb> 賣相真心靚,暖笠笠布朗尼濕潤朱古力味濃再加上脆果仁、好味。馬卡龍當中黃色係檸檬味、綠色係開心果味,覺得佢哋嘅macaron做得幾好尤其開心果味幾香,口感內軟外脆。檸檬撻上面有片菠蘿乾令味道多咗個層次,檸檬味酸香清新撻皮鬆化。伴碟有焦糖脆脆、熱情果和開心果碎,熱情果嘅果酸味同開心果嘅鹹香、剛好中和返晒desserts啲甜味Mimosa - Prosecco, Orange Juice >汽泡酒加橙汁易入喉又穩陣幾啱飲 繼續閱讀

上個月嚟 The ONE 食甜品,已經留意到 1 樓新開咗間宮廷風 Café,見到餐廳嘅環境好優雅,已即時 bookmark 咗,趁今日放假,專登同個 friend 嚟食餐晏。原來係「INN」系列嘅第 4 間分店,裝潢以純白為主調,店內設有華麗嘅歐式拱門及浮雕裝飾,加上以花藝和蠟燭作點綴,極具視覺美感,好適合同朋友嚟影相打卡。我哋每人點咗個 Lunch Set,價錢由 $158-$228 不等,視乎所選嘅 Main Course 而定,套餐包前菜、主食及 $28 或以下飲品。前菜 5 選 1,揀咗牛油果煙三文魚多士,三文魚以食用花裝飾,賣相好得。三文魚油潤甘香、牛油果滑溜 Creamy,配上煙韌富麥香嘅多士,簡直係 Perfect Match。是日餐湯係蕃茄湯,入口蕃茄味好濃郁,酸甜醒胃,飲完成身暖笠笠。燒安格斯8安士西冷扒 ($228)  西冷點咗 7 成熟,火候控制得啱啱好,肉質很嫩滑,香軟鬆綿又富肉汁。配菜有原隻燒蒜頭、薯仔、法邊豆同磨菇,蒜頭濃甜不辛、汁液豐富,薯仔粉腍有薯香,食味亦不俗。招牌鮮波士頓龍蝦包 ($208)  麵包烘得很香脆,甜甜地又富牛油香。龍蝦肉非常大件頭,而且份量夠多又唔會碎濕濕,入口啖啖肉。伴吃嘅薯條都好正,既乾身又唔油膩,入口薯味勁香濃。至於餐飲就點咗 Passionfruit, mint soda (+$24) 同 Avocado smoothie (+$26)。梳打賣相好靚,入口酸酸甜甜,好清爽,加上有氣嘅口感,涼快又解渴。色澤清翠嘅 Smoothie 味道亦唔錯,質感厚滑,入口帶陣陣牛油果香,好味又有益。 繼續閱讀

知道The One 1 樓開咗間新餐廳,今日放學老公特登帶我來試下🥰💗離遠已經望到餐廳門口係一座白色嘅迷你版凱旋門+骷髏骨裝飾😳望入餐廳入面仲見到幾盞巨型水晶燈💗側邊仲擺咗好多唯美花藝擺設🌺正值Halloween時段,餐廳加入咗唔少Halloween元素🎃💕餐廳四周圍都擺放咗好多花束💐植物🌾就連枱面都有細細盆假髮🤭令整體環境更華麗☺️✨除咗Main Menu之外,仲有cocktail ➕ wine menu,所以喺尖沙咀呢頭返工的話,放工同閨蜜/朋友嚟飲杯嘢都唔錯㗎😌聽店員講,呢度遲吓仲會有水煙提供~我哋今晚嗌咗兩款食物➕兩杯飲品❗️而呢兩款食物都係Menu上面嘅推薦食物🤭🌟牛油香煎蟹餅 $128擺盤賣相好靚😍感覺即刻高級咗😂蟹餅嘅蟹肉味幾濃,絕對唔係淡味嗰種🤩啱晒我呢啲重口味人士😌入口外脆內軟🥰入面仲熱辣辣添,真係即叫即整嫁💯蟹餅面頭仲放咗蕃茄粒、洋蔥粒➕芒果粒呢幾款酸甜清新嘅食材,令蟹餅入口唔會咁膩👏🏻蟹餅下面仲有少量嘅淡香青檸蛋黃醬,令入口層次更加豐富💕作為一個Appetiser 係非常唔錯👍🏻威靈頓羊架 $268威靈頓牛柳就食得多喇,羊架真係第一次食🤭第一啖咬落口,真係形容不出來嘅surprise➕好食🙈外層嘅酥皮好酥脆,而且個酥皮好似仲有一層獨特嘅調味,唔係個普通酥皮咁簡單😎羊架生熟啱啱好,容易切開👍🏻口感實在,而且羶味唔算重,容易入口✅食食吓仲見到原來酥皮同羊架中間釀咗一層調味料😲蘸埋旁邊嘅BBQ sauce 仲增添左一份田野燒烤風味添呀🤓呢款招牌菜絕對值得一試❗️Passionfruit, mint soda $48呢杯梳打主要由百香果➕薄荷葉製成❗️入口酸甜清新,消滯解膩😌仲有百香果嘅籽實口感👏🏻好啱今晚食蟹餅➕威靈頓羊架飲🤭✨Avocado smoothie $52見到呢杯唔係周圍都有嘅牛油果Smoothie我已經揀定咗佢㗎喇😌牛油果本身就唔重味,所以呢一杯味道都比較清淡,但係口感就同普通嘅牛油果一樣好Rich😃仲估唔到有啲開心果碎夾雜係入面,質地厚身得來又有咬口,幾surprise,果然冇令我失望🥰 繼續閱讀

The one 新開左哩間Royal inn,上網睇見幾高級環境幾靚,好似去左外國啲餐廳咁。即刻約個friend嚟呢度食餐飯到咗就見到店舖外面好多花籃,去到大約係平日兩點幾嘅時間,店舖生意好好,都好full呢個係門口👇🏻鍾意影靚相嘅朋友可以特登襯返dress code嚟呢度影相嗰日本身有提前預約的,不過店舖都好full,最後得返Outdoor位。其實我同朋友都鍾意坐outdoor ,不過嗰日下晝真係有啲熱🥴🥴建議夜晚坐會好啲Menu:👇🏻嗰段時間可以揀lunch或者Tea set,研究過覺得lunch set會抵啲,不過想影靚相(港女相)嘅朋友咁我都會建議tea set😜前菜我哋叫咗:1️⃣煎雞胸凱撒沙律2️⃣是日餐湯個沙律👍🏻啲雞胸好嫩,分量算多有2-3塊。食返啲高質嘅蛋白質😎嗰包係個湯上嘅,嗰日嘅湯係蕃茄湯,夠晒健康,沾落個湯會好味啲,因為同時有脆同埋淋同埋鮮甜嘅口感。如果個麵包可以refill或者多啲會好啲主食叫左:1️⃣燒安格斯8安士西冷扒2️⃣招牌法國藍龍蝦包個扒肉係高質同新鮮肉黎,我哋叫咗七成熟,不過切開就有啲似五成熟,比較血淋淋,我就麻麻哋。啲肉嘅根好韌,要俾啲時間咀嚼😂配埋薯仔,撈落啲汁不錯😎最建議嗌係個龍蝦包,啲蝦既肉好多,個包皮脆得嚟咬落去都唔會好硬,口感係軟的👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻薯條都脆,好味😊醬汁就普通茄汁,如果可以有轉下松露醬嗰啲選擇都唔錯Outdoor 境:👇🏻入面環境:人均$240,西餐來講都算正常價錢👍🏻食物質素中上,主要sell環境 繼續閱讀

Today my sister and I had a delightful lunch at a new western restaurant called Royal INN on 1/F of the One, Tsim Sha Tsui. The restaurant looks grand with the chandeliers and European like design and decor. With the relaxing background music, you feel like having holiday in France. It is an ideal place to enjoy lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. Apart from the quality food and drinks, the place is romantic and good for taking nice photos to put on IG.The lunch and all day menus provide plenty attractive choices. We decided to have two lunch sets to share.For starter, there are five choices such as mini seafood platter, lobster bisque, salsa toast, salad, etc. For main course, there are eight choices including steak, fish, salad, linguine, pork rib, risotto, etc.As starters, mini seafood platter with oysters, mussels, shrimps and whelks is worth trying. The seafood is fresh and the oysters are most yummy. Caesar salad with grilled chicken is refreshing and healthy.For main dish, the signature blue lobster roll with kale salad and French fries is nice. The grilled Angus Sirloin steak is super yummy, of high standard comparable to those served in famous hotels in the town. The arugula and roasted garlic are tasty.For drinks, avacado smoothie and mixed berries smoothie are very good.Desserts such as crepes and chocolate fondant with ice cream are attractive, too. But as we are full finishing the smoothies, we'll skip desserts this time and save them for tea time later.If you go to TST, we recommend you to give this new restaurant a try.
