PORTON喺元朗No.1 cafe日頭咖啡店晚上變成西餐廳，裝修以灰色水泥牆為主調走工業風路線✌🏻係型嘅，周圍都系打卡位，門口仲有bar枱位過嚟打卡就啱，原來仲係寵物友善餐廳，可以坐住門口位打卡~午餐好抵食80幾蚊已經包主菜，沙律或餐湯，餐包，嘢飲仲有半價，性價比幾高。伊文士汁安格斯牛柳粒意大利麵超級推薦，職員話係燒汁溝忌廉，自家做嘅汁，真心好香濃好好食，意粉係比較粗身口感軟滑，可以掛到好多汁👍🏻頭先餐包未食曬，放落去點啲忌廉汁食就更好食，牛柳粒大大粒咬落去鬆軟幾香口。燒西班牙黑毛豬鞍配燒新薯沙律菜佢哋嘅黑毛豬安超級厚肉，賣相好掂😌食落去同樣好正，肉質鮮嫩，邊邊位焗到有少少脆，整體感覺都好好。側邊嘅燒薯仔，邊邊位置脆好好食。芒芝雪山有Croffle雪糕芝士蛋糕同新鮮芒果，佢哋嘅雪糕入邊有雲呢拿籽係靚雪糕可以放心食，croffle夠脆 配上芝士蛋糕同雪糕好好食，新鮮芒果酸酸甜甜做點綴。Yuzu latte比平時嘅latte多了種淡淡柚子香，同時中和左咖啡嘅酸味，啡得黎帶清爽感。

同朋友嚟到呢間cafe食晚餐 最初入座冇人 食食下都爆場 睇嚟都幾受歡迎😆 環境都唔錯 好啱同三五知己坐下食野吹下水😆 平時經過仲見到室外位置有人帶埋毛孩嚟🥰- 烤M7和牛、野菌、蘭王蛋王牛肉忌廉汁手工意大利麵 和牛肉質都唔錯，個醬汁好夠香（有少少似燒汁😂）手工意粉帶點煙韌有質感，有蛋香味但可以再濃啲～- 玫瑰蜜糖雞翼 平時都好鍾意食蜜糖雞翼，而呢個玫瑰蜜糖食落同一般蜜糖雞翼係冇咩分別嘅，只係蜜糖變咗粉色🤣 雞翼都炸得幾香脆～叫一客意粉然後+$58有頭盤+甜品+飲品- 法式干邑龍蝦湯（頭盤） 勁鹹，鹹到刺喉嚨🫠 完全飲唔出龍蝦味 好失望🥲- MATCHE CHOCOLATE（飲品） 抹茶味較出，有淡淡嘅朱古力味，都算可以～- Dirty Tiramisu（額外再+$48升級嘅甜品） 有少少驚喜係冇諗過叫tiramisu都可以寫生日字句🤣 同朋友補祝生日🥰 tiramisu酒味好香，個人覺得都幾好食～

已經第三次到訪呢間餐廳，十分享受。食物非常之精緻高級；環境工業風，潮得來又舒服。前菜黑松露蘑菇湯香濃，三文魚沙律新鮮。主菜十分出色，特別是手工意大利粉，真手工，食落去好彈牙同埋粗身，亦都有一浸香味味。特製嘅蛋黃醬配上M7和牛，淡淡都係Juicy，超好味。另外甲羅燒意大利飯賣相好特別，中間係冇滿嘅蟹膏，撈意大利飯絕對一流。甜品亦都十分之特別，Dirty Tiramisu 口感好豐富，層層嘅朱古力cream配上浸咗咖啡嘅手指餅，鍾意咖啡甘香嘅朋友一定愛上。整體嚟講，咁高質嘅西餐食得開心又唔算貴。希望多幫襯香港本地食肆。
