2020年嗰陣係我飯堂,都隔咗可能兩年冇去過,今次去食叫咗佢個晚餐,有頭盤主食同埋飲品,想食嗰啲全部都要加錢,最尾嗌咗meatball,意粉同Pizza。carbonara 完全冇味,啲個意粉過熟到一夾就散,淨係得cream一粒黑椒都冇,同經理反映後換過碟俾我。等咗三個字諗住佢重新煮一碟個意粉唔會咁腍,但都係一樣,只係加咗鹽🫠 咁即係意粉係煮定晒放喺度好似啲茶餐廳咁。其實我唔係好接受到過$100嘅意粉唔係即刻煮,即係你公仔麵都唔會落定放喺度,咁點解意粉要淥定晒放喺度呢? 食意粉就係食aldente… Pizza 夠脆,但係個茄汁底水溜溜又係冇味…….人均$200俾啲咁嘅嘢我其實有啲嬲
