聖誕又臨近,Lunch時間經過Pici,見到推出了節日限定的Festive餐牌,多了隻紅色蝴蝶結,好可愛,於是擇了個日子,放工去預先慶祝一下。星期一晚上,已經非常熱鬧,門口已經擺了聖誕樹很有氣氛。我們先點了Aperol Spritz和Moscato,甜甜地好易入口,好啱女士。先來的鴨胸鵝肝多士配無花果醬,鴨胸juicy,鵝肝creamy,兩者配上香甜無花果,肥膩得到中和,留下一份香甜。酥皮海鮮濃湯,入面好足料,有蝦、青口、八爪魚和劍魚等,飲落好濃郁海鮮味。蕃茄肉醬芝士千層麵是男朋友的最愛,鋪滿了半溶芝士,混合肉醬,熱辣辣的,芝士飄香,一不小心,就被他清了個光。西藏紅花野豬肉意大利闊麵比起千層,我更愛闊麵,因為每條意粉都可以沾滿西藏花奶油和豬肉碎。麵食落更有蛋黃香和煙靭口感。奶油鱈魚意大利雲吞小小一個十分鮑滿,入面好足料,檸檬黃油好refresh。開心果提拉米蘇粒粒開心果下面,有香濃的咖啡酒和開心果cream,質地幼滑,兩者融為一體,好好食!野莓雪糕味道濃郁,酸酸甜甜,食完一輪澱粉質食佢,清新又消滯。食到飽飽好滿足!埋單時侍應同我哋講,12月內於係Pirata Group 旗下餐廳,消費一次可獲得1枚印花,並參與「Seas The Season」聖誕大抽獎,頭獎係馬爾代夫5日4夜之旅(2人同行,包來回機票、Hard Rock Hotel 及 Saii Maldives 各兩晚住宿)參加次數無上限,消費次數越多,贏獎機會越高!咁真係要食多幾次先得啦~

蕃茄肉醬芝士千層麵大推!蕃茄味夠濃,亦淡淡充滿芝士! 喺香港已經好難搵到邊度有得食千層麵!好彩pici仲有!好鍾意佢開頭會送一份包,再加埋橄欖油超正! 墨汁意粉都好好食另外我哋嗌咗白酒都不錯

推介指數 Recommendation Level : 🔥🔥🔥🔥這間餐廳主要提供手工意粉菜式,除了主打的幾款意粉外,餐廳還會不是更換餐單,為食客製造更多驚喜,而且餐廳裝修時常舒適,所以一直都有不少捧場客。午市套餐 ($158)Cold Cuts火腿拼盤雖然說是火腿拼盤,但每次也有不同的驚喜,因為廚師會間中更換火腿的款式,我較為喜愛的是巴馬火腿。不過,廚師今次提供這款令我有驚喜,不只是一般的普通火腿,看起來比較肥美,但吃起來油脂非常甘香,而且口感有點彈牙,又不會太鹹,廚師還配搭了一些醃菜,解去了火腿的肥膩感Although labeled as a charcuterie platter, each serving brings different surprises, as the chef occasionally changes the types of ham featured. My personal favorite is the Parma ham. This time, the chef presented a delightful option that is not just ordinary ham; it appears more succulent and has a rich, flavorful fat that is tender yet not overly salty. The chef also included some pickles to balance the richness of the ham.茄子蕃茄醬手捲螺旋粉Strozzapreti alla Norma由於頭盤選擇了火腿拼盤,肉類比較多,所以意粉就選了一個素菜。茄子蕃茄醬手捲螺旋粉,這個名字聽起上來好像比較單調,但是卻令人有驚喜,因為廚師將茄子炸過所以有少量香脆的口感,再加上蕃茄醬及芝士,味道層次非常多,而且手捲螺旋粉的口感非常彈牙,又吸收了很多番茄醬汁,所以不論口感及味道都一流Since I chose the meat-heavy ham platter as the starter, I opted for a vegetarian pasta dish. The Eggplant and Tomato Sauce Fusilli, despite its seemingly simple name, exceeded my expectations. The chef lightly fried the eggplant, adding a slight crispness, which, combined with the tomato sauce and cheese, created a delightful layering of flavors. The fusilli was also perfectly al dente and absorbed a generous amount of the tomato sauce, making both the texture and taste exceptional.雜果意式奶凍Panna Cotta Macedonia春天已經來臨,所以餐廳亦提供了一些限時的菜式,這個甜品就是其中之一,之前跟餐的奶凍,是配上酸甜的紅莓醬,但是這個卻配上了不同的水果,味道更加豐富,本來以為會與奶凍不太夾,但是與奶凍混合後出奇地有一種清新的感覺With spring now upon us, the restaurant features some limited-time dishes, one of which is this dessert. Previously, I enjoyed a panna cotta paired with a tart raspberry sauce, but this version comes with an assortment of fruits, enriching the flavor profile.
