Walking into Phenomenon is like entering into a different world - the world of TRON to be exact. From the chairs, tables, bar counter, all the chandeliers, to the selections of cutleries, glasses, plants…everything is so well-thought, so perfectly matched. Haven’t mention the view looking into the habour and mountains, facing the breathtaking sight of sunset!Their food are also very delicious, crafted by their experienced chefs. We tried their dinner set, and started off with fresh baked mini croissants shipped directly from France with herbs butter. Then came the pan fried scallop, very fresh. The lobster bisque came after and it was good. It was creamy with a strong taste of shellfish and chunks of lobster meat. For mains, we had codfish with miso glaze and handmade carbonara pasta. The cod was so tender, it melted in our mouths. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the carbonara sauce was using all the authentic ingredients. For dessert, we tried their most famous tiramisu, the chef tailored the recipe for over 30 times in order to get the right balance between the sweetness, bitterness and liquor. We love it!
