歐美的飲食節目常呈現,由多種香料、不同調味料,甚至果汁果肉等自家調製的醃汁,與巨型豬腩、牛腩、肋排等肉類混和,然後放進大型焗爐,以低溫慢烘十多二十個小時。最後做出肉汁滿滿、色澤粉嫩,成為各式包類享用自家風格的肉餡,或 All Day Breakfast 的主菜,做法在外國是司空見慣。像這樣令人口水大流的風味,跟香港一般 Cafe 採用超市常見的煙肉火腿,不可同日而言。或者因為這樣,一向對 All Day Breakfast 提不起勁!不過,「Passepartout」的出現,彷彿打破了常規,令我好想去 Cafe,好想一嚐具自家風味成份的 All Day Breakfast!擇日出發,看到門口排著人龍,心知不妙,幸好及時發現先掃牆 上 QR Code,登記後便可以離開,期間要勿切注意店方來電的通知啊!「Passepartout」設有室外座位,可惜大家也無懼高溫,全部室外座位也給預留了,沒法加速醫肚的進程!我們大概等候了1小時45分鐘,約於 2時30分入座,用餐時雖而停止登記,但室外仍有最後一批客人在輪候分配座位!香港寸金尺土,肯花這樣心機製作食物的 Cafe 不多,食後感以誠意之作四字作結。調味方面要比想像的更健康,連飲品每份 All Day Breakfast 約二百多港元,視乎所挑選飲品的價位,以質衡量,價錢尚算合理。假如在某些細節地方作出微調,性價比便能更上一層樓!上餐速度快,眨眼便抵達「曼谷」。 Bangkok HK$168 有著心目中必試的自家製厚切煙肉。自家製厚切煙肉果然不錯,入口完全沒有油膩感、瘦肉鬆化、脂肪爽口,主調帶甜香,味道剛好,吃得暢服!假如多一點焦香或煙燻香氣,必定大大加分。黃袍炒蛋生熟度掌控得不錯,質感滑溜、但牛油香不明顯。酸種多士有點過腍,也許是被蛋汁沾濕、又或是酸種多士烘烤情度太淺所致,令口感差了一點點!而看似普通不過的鮮茄汁焗豆,卻有著驚喜,雖然不是自家製,只是加工了蕃茄汁,但軟綿茄汁豆與甜酸平衡的蕃茄汁來得十分協調,就連不愛吃茄汁的另一半,也大口大口的吃著!去完曼谷,馬上轉飛紐約。為何會選上 New York HK$180,絕對是因為自家製美式鹹牛肉的吸引力。桃紅色的鹹牛肉的確非常的嫩滑軟腍,質感很不錯,可是一點鹹意也感受不到,這種太和諧的味道,似乎有違鹹牛肉之名。若將鹹度稍為增加,跟頂層的酸瓜定能擦出火花,令味蕾一振!鹹牛肉內層是厚厚滑滑的薯仔沙拉,底層以酸種麵包承托。若鹹牛肉不夠鹹,薯仔沙拉更淡的話,整個組合未免有點乏味,雖然我也習慣欣賞食材的原味道,亦主張低糖低鹽的健康烹調。建議要不加強薯仔沙拉的調味,要不加強鹹牛肉的鹹度,二選一!不要求太強烈,只求帶出風味!離開紐約,我們抵達印度。Calcutta Wings HK$78 是印度風味的雞翼,端來時香料氣味極為吸引,加上一份有六隻雞翼之多,算是抵吃!雞翼表層微脆,沾上重重的醬汁,不惜要舔清手指上的醬汁!個人可以接受再重香料和添加辣度,帶出更惹味的印度口味,不過餐廳要迎合不同客人的需要,未必人人可接受印度的重口味,這點是理解的!飲品方面有咖啡、茶和朱古力等選擇。我挺喜歡侍應妹妹建議的 Miso Caramel Latte HK$50,味噌帶出新的啡味,下量亦調配得剛剛好,與咖啡有著不錯的平衡度!而凍飲的 Lime Soda HK$40 則一般而已,未算特別!我們進餐時,旁邊的兩位客人才剛剛入座,而外邊等候的客人大概也有六、七位!還有倫敦、橫濱、墨爾本、三藩市等多個地方未吃,期待下次時空交錯的 All Day Breakfast!查看更多

網上睇到哩間輕食咖啡好有創意,地點又好就腳,咁試試。店鋪裝修得好靚,以藍色歐式風格為主,仲有個好靚嘅小露臺。晚市都幾full下,基本上全滿。嘢食唔算多選擇,得數十款單品,不過款款都好吸引,好難揀TIM。桂花酒釀泡沫咖啡,咖啡豆偏酸帶有少少果香,再落入桂花同酒釀,桂花帶入花香,酒釀帶入少少酒味,層次好豐富好清爽,好有創意嘅一杯飲品。伯爵茶鮮奶,伯爵茶茶葉唔會苦澀,飲落香甜帶有佛手柑回香,整杯香料香味和鮮奶好match。Yorkshire,用鐵鍋焗完松餅後,再落入煎蛋,豬肉腸等配料。豬肉腸偏甜果款,食落軟嫩juice。松餅好特別,好似食緊低油版油器,勁道又帶有好重嘅牛油香,可以夾埋茄汁豆一齊食,口味更加豐富。Bangkok, 酸種多士焗到啵啵脆,再鋪滿香滑炒蛋同自家制厚切煙肉。煙肉果然同出面唔同,豬肉肥瘦適中仲要厚切。煙肉煎到兩面焦香,食落煙熏味重還帶有焦糖香味,口味非常特別。仲搭配埋沙律菜,可以解煙肉油膩。成份睇落分量唔大,食落勁飽查看更多

🥓 The centerpiece of this all-day breakfast—a thick-cut slice of pork—was well-executed. Its texture struck a pleasing balance between tenderness and chew, offering a satisfying mouthfeel. The marinade was thoughtfully calibrated, with a subtle touch of sweetness that enhanced the natural flavor of the meat without overpowering it.However, the supporting elements—scrambled eggs and toast—fell short of distinction. While serviceable, they lacked the finesse or flavor depth to elevate the dish. The accompanying salad was a welcome contrast, with crisp greens and fresh cherry tomatoes adding brightness and crunch.While the dish may not be a standout in terms of flavor complexity, the overall quality aligns reasonably well with its price point—especially when compared to similar offerings in the Jordan district. It’s worth a try—especially if you’re already in queue—but not necessarily a destination dish.🥤 As for the iced mocha takeaway, it was a pleasant surprise. Came here with family under hot weather, wrong decision for me! It would be so much better if I come with a friend (I feel it's easier to get a table if there are two people), and in winter....coz it's so hot to queue outside.While waiting in line, sis keeps reading negative reviews of this restaurant to me....(Luckily when we got in , those negative reviews didnt apply to us.)After waiting for 45 mins, we finally got in. And because everyone has been waiting for so long, we speed up eating and leave as soon as finishing everything.Food is good and photogetic. I think it is a restaurant that I would enjoy on both the food and service I like the bacon. Though sis said it' s too chewy...The waffle in Culcutta is a nice surprise. But it's not ordinary. I can see my family didnt want to finish it. It's more for foodie who is more open minded like me.The air con is quite good. Downside is that before end of meal, that egg got as cold as from the fridge.The speical Strepresso (may have got the spelling wrong) exhibit the sourness (or floralness). I feel that it's only for advanced coffee drinker. As lots of hk people do not like coffee with sourness. If there is a next time, I would try the iced americano. 查看更多
