Palco's Celebration menu features their signature dishes from different years.The bread was a great start and we had to control ourselves not to have a 3rd refill.The amuse bouche were beautifully with my favorite being the salmon inside the kumquat jelly. The citrus flavors were a great match with the salmon.The appetizer combined my favorite sea urchin with prawn tartar with its flavors popping up even more with the tomato.Despite the soup would be added, they had beautifully plate the scallop
