I'm a Pure Yoga member and go to pilates class 3 times a week. The best part is the post training 'reward' as I usually order and take away a smoothie after training.Nood is one of the rare places where you can order healthy protein smoothie.They have a nice variety of choice and the size is quite generous. I also appreciate their environmental friendly packaging.The detailed nutrition facts are also available for each of their smoothies and dishes.

Had a good sweat from my hot Vinyasa class during lunch time. I went to the Nood bar and checked out what’s good for a light take-out lunch. There were a variety of health food options like avocado egg bagel, wrap, salad and veggie soup as well. I did not feel like a heavy meal or hot food after a hot class, so I ordered the Pistachio & Friends yoghurt to go. Luckily I took their last Pistachio yoghurt. The service fast, paid and packed in the paper bag with spoon and napkin within 5 mins.The yoghurt was filled with pistachio, granola and mixed nuts, and mixed with honey. It tasted so gooooddd! Good crunchy meal with excellent flavor. And I didn’t expect this yoghurt is so fulfilling, could last me for the whole afternoon. I think so I am going to try their Honey Banana Wallnut yoghurt next time.

Had lunch after my workout. I started with a yogurt bowl with strawberries, oats, and avocado, which was a refreshing and wholesome start to the meal. The creaminess of the yogurt paired perfectly with the sweetness of the strawberries, while the oats added a satisfying crunch. The avocado, though unexpected, brought a creamy richness that balanced the dish nicely. It felt light yet nourishing, perfect for a healthy lunch.The Thai chicken basil rice was comforting and homely. The rice was mixed grain, and the chicken and basil leaves mixed into the rice made every bite flavorful and satisfying. The chilies gave a subtle heat that lingered pleasantly. Overall, very happy with the meal.

牛油果雞蛋toast食評今朝試咗份牛油果雞蛋吐司,整體嚟講幾滿意。吐司烘得啱啱好,外脆內軟,牛油果熟度適中,口感綿密,帶有淡淡嘅果香。雞蛋煎得恰到好處,蛋黃流心,同牛油果嘅質感好夾。調味方面,只係加咗少少鹽同黑胡椒,簡單得嚟又帶出食材嘅原味。不過,如果牛油果可以再熟啲,口感會更加滑溜,同埋吐司可以再厚少少,咁樣咬落去會更加有滿足感。整體嚟講,呢份早餐健康又飽肚,係一個唔錯嘅選擇。
