Nood is just next to the gym where you can have a quick protein replenishment right after workout. Who says nutritious food can’t taste good? The chicken and egg bagel is not only high in protein for muscle building, it’s also cooked just right such that the chicken breast and eggs are tender, while the bagel has the chewy texture with crispy nuts on top to give you different sensations in one go. The honey mustard sauce was added just to complete the picture. Definitely a quick fix before and after my gym routine!
