由於忙著吃東西所以忘記拍攝照片,沙律的顏色十分吸引,青色的木瓜再配以橙色的紅蘿蔔絲,還有少量的紅椒作點綴,看起上來七彩繽紛。味道方面亦有多個不同的層次,除了青木瓜的清新,辣椒的少量辣味作點罪之外,廚師環加入了少量炒香的蝦米,增加了整到菜式的鮮味

The flavors are multi-layered; the refreshing taste of green papaya is complemented by a hint of spice from the chili, while the addition of lightly toasted dried shrimp enhances the overall flavor profile.

Nara Signature Appetizer Platter
拼盤有五款不同的泰式小食,讓人一次過可以品嚐到不同的泰國菜式。香葉包雞雞肉非常香嫩而且環保留了肉汁,亦吃不出有雪藏雞肉的味道。脆炸春捲內裏包著的是蔬菜,所以去掉了整個拼盤的油膩感。雞翼面上有一些芝麻炸得非常香脆,芝麻亦增加了整個雞翼的香氣,廚師將雞翼設計成單骨的形狀,吃起來會更加方便。豬肉串燒保留有肉汁,但亦有燒烤的香氣。豬頸肉炸得非常香口,配合蔬菜一起吃的話可以去掉油膩感

The chicken wings are generously topped with sesame seeds, providing a delightful crunch and aroma; the chef has designed the wings to be boneless, making them easier to eat. The pork skewers preserve their juiciness while offering a delicious grilled aroma. The fried pork neck is exceptionally crispy, and when paired with vegetables, it helps to balance the richness.
