餐廳選材好低質,外國朋友都覺得是劣等而貴價餐廳。基本上是吃環境,賣環境而又令食客自我感覺良好之餐廳。最基本簡單的伴麵包之橄欖油,連我這不善西方菜式的港燦都聞得及吃得出是低級橄欖油。麵包麵是隨便選選市面常見的包裝麵包條。見識不多但都知道西式餐廳如果最基本的水質,麵包,牛油或橄欖油麵沒心選購,我建議你可以無需點餐,因為我花了不少卻吃到沒水準的菜。開了一枝紅酒,不算便宜但口味卻很便宜貨。由於麵包及橄欖油令人失望,所以只敢叫了感覺上應該不會太差的開胃小吃跟cold cut plate,不過依然失望而回了。環境及地點基本上作為餐廳是很強大的優勢,可惜可能不夠人手及員工沒有訓練好,服務態度一般,叫極都無人問津,而且餐飲管理上沒有誠意,是一間令人婉惜的餐廳。查看更多

I decide to try this restaurant bar, with an italian menu. It has been here in Hong Kong for many years. It has a Good environment floor staff ok not supreme. Eyes on the menu and price is quite expensive suppose we will have very good food. We took, Spaghettoni cacio e Pepe, pizza friarrelli and salsiccia plus tiramisu.Spaghettoni Cacio e pepe: served cool, watery and probably with the cream. Served cool is huge mistaken!! The quality of pecorino was lower and grated at least one day in advance. I think no one have the right to destroy the very famous and delicious dishes as “cacio e Pepe “. This is in Rome one of the most popolar and best seller in all restaurants!! Please remove from your menu or learn how can make it!! Pizza friarelli and salsiccia: average, friarelli was not so fresh as must be. Sausage probably not original from Italy but this is my opinion feeling. Tiramisu: this is outrages. Please stop it. The mascarpone wasn’t there and was really almost inedible. One of the layer was frozen and overloaded with liquor and coffe!! Please change it since is really outrages!! What was surprise we waiting 15 minutes to get those tiramisu!!One more thing, floor staff pushing to finish sparkly water: this is really bad attitude!! Tried dinner only, not buffet. The pesto pasta and meat sauce ravioli is the closest to what you will really find in Italy. The flavors are very delicate, simple and authentic, really a hidden gem in HK. This is real Italian homemade taste, not like 5 star restaurant or local Chinese style western restaurants. You can see many customers are also Italian, a good indicator. The chocolate pudding dessert is also very simple but special. Overall an excellent place, well done to the chef there!查看更多

星期五嘅灣仔Lunch time, 見呢間野無人排隊,個環境幾好,咁就入去試下3course lunch set入左去,叫左野食,都好快上菜餐湯:南瓜湯頭盤:醋汁salad 三文魚配翠玉瓜主菜:Rib eye Sea bass湯同頭盤都算OK,直到個主菜,簡直係強差人意!我明白個lunch set 價錢好吸引,但食物質素真係對唔住個價錢!Rib eye 無問我要幾成熟,自己幫我well done左,硬骨骨叫人點樣食?個sea bass 離晒譜,要加$30 仲要有腥味同埋完全無調味,個sauce 完全唔合格。真係勁失望,2個主菜我哋都係食到一半頂唔順走佬⋯⋯呢間野真係要好好改進一下!查看更多

今天和朋友在銅鑼灣吃飯。之後,我們想找個地方喝杯酒,散散心,再談談天。因此來到灣仔這間意大利店餐廳。Long Island Iced Tea傳統的 Long Island Iced Tea 材料包括 Tequila, Vodka, White Rum, Triple Sec, Gin, 檸檬汁和可樂。不過,這個 Long Island Iced Tea 味道比較特別,甘苦味較濃,酒精味較強。感覺就像是品嚐人生的甘苦。Aperol Spritz傳統的 Aperol Spritz 材料包括 Aperol 利口酒、Prosecco 氣泡酒和蘇打水。原來這杯 Cocktail 是意大利的特色的 Cocktail,在香港不是有很多地方提供。我細喝了一啖,味道有些藥材的苦香味,也有些橙皮的甜酸味。原來橄欖經己中和了一部分的 苦澀回甘味。感覺就像是品嚐 夏天的氣息。總括而言,Cocktail 出品滿有特色,別出心裁, 價錢合理,下次定來吃過晚飯,試試正宗的意大利口味。查看更多
