Following a previous lunch experience at the Central branch, I was eager to explore their dinner service. An exemplary appetizer that showcased finesse. The Guajille and Citrus Sauce was so refreshing. I can’t help but spoon up all the juices to eat!
All the Meats are one-month aged grass-fed beef exclusively from Argentina. The ribeye was presented on a sizzling iron platter, complemented by aromatic rosemary and whole roasted garlic cloves. The exterior achieved an excellent crust while maintaining a perfect medium-rare pink color.
Crispy fries with an authentic potato flavor since they were cooked with the skin on.
The marsh potatoes were super smooth and comforting to eat. The seasoning was well-balanced, neither overwhelming nor bland, parted perfectly with the ribeye.
