乾肉骨茶即係用肉骨茶湯同豬肉,調味一齊炒
豬腩肉吸收哂肉骨茶嘅精華,食落有藥材香

I have tried many Singaporean & Malaysian restaurants that opened up recently in Hong Kong and find this place a gem. Even though the shop is small, the number of dishes offered is like that of a big restaurant. I like how the food taste authentic, with freshly made ingredients. The sambal, paste etc all are made inhouse accordingly to the friendly owner Jordan that I happen to meet when I was there. I have tried many dishes but am so glad they brought back my favourite Wat Tan Hor with the new

This dish that may seem easy to make with basic ingredient like horfun, prawns, eggs. But for it to taste like how it should taste in Malaysia/Singapore.. this is the only one! There is wok hei in the noodles and thr broth taste just right... please also try the char keow teow if you are there. It is close to perfection - if I can only suggest more garlic and a little spicier. Ambience is nice and comfy.

The Laksa is one of the best and a must-try dish to eat. It is flavorful and fresh. The Rendang is also good but I would say that the rice could be less soft. My mom who is Malaysian herself tried the char kwei tiao and says that it's the best in Hong Kong. My brother, being a fussy eater, loves the chicken rice after the new chef arrived last week. The toilets are clean and the seats are very comfortable too for dining in. Jordan, the owner, is very friendly and gives good recommendations.

The lunch set is considered value for money as you can get a main and drink for $98!We had the Rojak and Prawn Roll for starter. 1/5Don’t use the word “modern” just because you can’t cook good Singaporean or just dishes. Is a lunch that’s cause almost 800hkd, and nearly nth was satisfied beside the pandan sticky rice pudding was better.Rojak salad the sauce is the soul, can’t taste shrimp paste, and can’t taste what’s modern in a good way about it as well. Mini chilli crab fried bun, cute idea which have lots of restaurants doing it already. Crab meat was nice and sweet, but again sauce is soul, is just alright but not ok

Is a lunch that’s cause almost 800hkd, and nearly nth was satisfied beside the pandan sticky rice pudding was better.

Rojak salad the sauce is the soul, can’t taste shrimp paste, and can’t taste what’s modern in a good way about it as well.

Mini chilli crab fried bun, cute idea which have lots of restaurants doing it already. Crab meat was nice and sweet, but again sauce is soul, is just alright but not okay for the price.

Laksa too coconut milky, broth not on point on either traditional or new worlds level. The noodles they only use one type not the mix one which is fine, because they are modern right?

Prawn was nice, size, portion, flavour nice, prawn itself could be better.

Chicken is their signature, serve like it got chopped to murder. Skin and meat are falling apart everywhere as well as the flavour. Sambal sauce( was just alright) and the citrus couldn’t help.

Last the coconut ice cream is the most tasteless coconut ice cream I’ve ever had.

Just a food review base on tasty or not, price fair with the quality or not.

We ordered a CNY set of 6-8 persons at JOM this weekend. The waitress reached out few days ago to request deposit of half of the CNY set lunch. We are fine to pay deposit but the waitress did not send the bank transfer info when my friend asked on the same day. The waitress chased my friend for the deposit again on the next day, then only the waitress realised she didn’t send the bank transfer info. First red flag! On the dining day, there were 7 of us went to the lunch. The first dish was Lou Hei. As we ordered 6-8pax Cny set lunch, we expect the Lou Hei would be double the size of the 3-4 pax Lou Hei. Well, it wasn’t for the case, the portion size of Lou Hei we had was the same as the 3-4 pax Lou Hei


The snack platter came the next. They gave us 8 Spring roll and 4 otak otak. We shared half of the otak otak and everyone get 1 spring roll evenly. When the swee kueh came, they gave us 6 pieces. I asked the waitress, we ordered 6-8 pax set menu and we only get 6 pieces to share, imagine if 8 persons were there, are we supposed to split every Kueh again. The waitress just rolled her eyes in front of us. Great attitude…

The beef rendang came and it was in grey colour, who served grey beef rendang. Then, ayam masak merah arrived. 3 of us took the bigger pieces of chicken, and inside the chicken were still pink. We sent back the order once, the chef cooked and returned the chicken to us. We sliced the chicken to check, and inside of the chicken were still pink. Ayam masak merah should be red colour and spicy. This dish taste like chicken cooked with satay sauce.

The waitress approached our table and informed us the Mee siam wasn’t available today. Excuse me, you messaged my friend to get deposit and your kitchen did not prepare Mee siam. We were disappointed, but 30 mins later, the waitress told us the Mee siam suddenly available. Somehow the next table requested something, the same waitress rolled her eyes again.

Then, the waitress told us that one of the desserts - ondeh ondeh isn’t available Again. The replacement of ondeh ondeh for 6-8 pax is 1 scoop of Coconut ice cream.
The dessert - red layered Kueh was tiny and unflavoured. The dessert platter was a disappointment that we didn’t even have a photo of it.

Totally not recommend my friends to visit here.

It had been a really unpleasant experience with Jom on the 3rd day of CNY! Was excited when seeing the authentic Singaporean CNY meal on IG and immediately DM, responded, payment made and collection date and time confirmed at 12:30. Was unable to contact the restaurant by phone on the day to double confirm. When arrived to pick up, I was told that my order was missed after 15mins of checking and asking around. Then promised to have the food ready in 15mins. The food was eventually ready after 45

椰香味重,湯底稠身但食起上嚟又唔太濃味😕 米線索唔住湯汁,令到食落得好表面單調嘅香🤨 可能食開連鎖都更濃味啲,有對比之下哩個真係淡左少少🤏 蝦肉同魚片頭就肉質彈牙幾新鮮👍🏻

算比較滿意嘅主菜,炸雞髀同飯份量可觀😋 炸雞髀無點醃製,但雞肉嚡口無晒肉汁😔 而椰漿飯終於叫出味少少,仲有部分係飯焦,幾特別😂 要讚係花生同魚仔乾好香脆😋

My friends brought us to this new Singaporean restaurant in Wanchai 2 weeks ago and I was amazed by the food. I love every dish but the highlight of dinner must be the chilli crab. The crab was so fresh and the sauce was just amazing. It’s a little bit spicy but perfectly balanced with the sweetness and matched so well with the bun!! We couldn’t help to order extra bun to finish all sauce 😍😍😍The squid was my second favourite pick. It’s so flavourful and I can tell they used very fresh ingredient

上星期同朋友到這間喺灣仔新開張的星加坡餐廳食lunch ,餐廳佈置舒適,乾淨、modern。我們點咗海南雞飯,炸雞椰漿飯,沙嗲串嬈牛肉,新加坡喇沙,海南雞飯嘅雞好嫩滑,飯嘅軟硬度啱啱好,又唔太油膩,醬汁亦唔錯,我就十分喜愛!炸雞椰漿飯,沙嗲牛肉串燒亦好林好好味。而最驚喜就係個星加坡Laksa,佢係有少少辣,但真係超級和味!若果鍾意食Laksa,一定要試吓,飲品我哋要咗檸檬薏米水,味道就唔會太甜,清清地。
