Jashan has always been one of our favorite restaurants and sure it does not disappoint when we were there with our family today. We were seated in a very cosy comfortable corner and were served tasty pancakes and drinks before we helped ourselves to the buffet. Mango lassi is my favorite while my husband loves their Masala tea. My uncle is allergic to diary products and the staff were very accommodating to gave him a hot lemon tea. The buffet has a good selection of food - mutton, chicken tikka, butter chicken and palak paneer, etc. The staff also came to check on us regularly and made sure everything is fine. They even gave us complimentary tea after which is so kind of them. We enjoyed our time in Jashan very much and would definitely come back, not to mention that we have been a regular customer for years!

有我最鍾意食嘅即整dosa, 可以不斷添加,而且細細份唔驚會飽肚。而且有好多唔同款嘅咖喱,有肉有蔬菜,素食者都可以食,佢仲有幾款印度小食都非常好食。但最後都因為我太飽,所以冇食甜品

這家位於中環的印度菜餐廳,環境典雅,感受到濃厚的印度風情。這次來到這裡,迫不及待想要感受傳統的印度美食,這可能是香港的最佳印度菜。Delhi Golgappa Shot,外殼酥脆,裡頭包裹著清涼的香料水,一口下去,瞬間在口中爆開,帶來驚喜的層次感。Samosa金黃酥脆,內餡香氣四溢,搭配著酸辣醬,令人一試成主顧。Chicken Tikka Chaat完美的下酒小菜,雞肉鮮嫩,搭配香料與酸奶,層次分明,每一口都想要多點一些。Lassooni Palak Paneer,菠菜的鮮嫩配上濃郁的奶酪,是印度常見的素菜。Butter Chicken Old Delhi Style濃厚的咖喱味道,半反的良物,加上肉質軟嫩,伴隨香氣四溢的Kashmiri Saffron Pulao,完美提升風味。Garlic Naan外脆內軟,搭配著香濃的咖喱。清甜的Mango Lassi,真是完美收尾。

中環有不少印度餐廳,Jashan Celebrating Indian Cuisine位於大館對面,內部裝修很有濃濃印度風味,窗邊可以望著香港歷史建築用餐,環境不俗。Jashan提供正宗印度菜,每碟價錢不太貴,散叫有八折優惠,份量亦不太大,可以多嘗不同菜式。Delhi Golgappa Shot 印度街頭小吃,空心油炸球填上薯仔蓉、洋蔥、番茄、豆類等等,再注入薄荷羅望子石榴汁,酸甜清涼。Crispy Kale Chatt 炸羽衣甘藍配薄荷及羅望子調味。配上鬆脆薯餅,很特別的一道前菜。Samosa 咖喱角外皮酥脆,餡料薯仔及豌豆很紮實,香料味道豐富。Chicken Tikka Chaat 烤雞塊運用了大量香料醃製,香味封鎖在肉類當中,肉質嫩滑細緻。Goan Fish Curry 魚塊用上紅辣椒、椰子及咖喱哩烹調,味道帶絲絲甜味。Lassooni Palak Paneer印度常見的一道素菜,菠菜芝士配上醃薑,配印度香米很合。Butter Chicken Old Delhi Style奶油咖喱雞將雞件以酸奶椰槳及咖喱香料煮成,醬汁非常香濃,配上烤餅或米飯均非常合適。Kashmiri Saffron Pulao 印度香米帶有一種堅果香味,黏性低,口感乾爽,加入藏紅花及香料更增強其香氣。 Garlic Naan 扁平麵包配上蒜蓉香草,香濃惹味,口感煙韌,可以搭配印度醬汁作食。Green Cardamom Rasmalai 芝士餃子入金黃色的番紅花和小荳蔻糖漿中,味道很像港式煉奶。Mango Lassi Rose Lassi 乳酪飲品很濃杰,味道酸酸甜甜十分吸引。

同一班朋友食開sem飯🥳12個人,要搵返間有咁上下大細嘅餐廳經過一番搜查之後搵到呢間印度菜,經OpenRice訂位Menu超多選擇,雞牛豬羊素食都有▶️ Papadum sampler ($38)先叫個前菜開開胃印度式蝦片,入口脆卜卜配上三種特製醬汁:薄荷醬、甜醬、一隻似泰式雞醬▶️ Delhi golgappa shots (free)老闆好好,請我哋試🫶🏻擺設好型,似人哋shots🥃食法係將綠色醬汁倒落上面嘅脆米波波,然後一啖放入口😋醬汁食落酸酸甜甜,有薄荷同其他香料味,幾新奇上面嘅波波非常脆口,入邊有鷹嘴豆泥同薯仔蓉成個嘢好夾味,好介紹👍🏻值得一試▶️ Chicken tikka ($128)六件烤雞件,配上印度薄荷醬用雞髀位肉質鮮嫩,完全無骨,烤得Juicy唔乾爭爭🐔不過唔係鐵板上,因而欠缺煙燻香味,好就係冇咁油本身雞調味少少辣,係香料嗰隻辣唔係麻辣,所以好接受到未必係我食過最好食嘅Chicken Tikka,但都唔錯▶️ Delhi butter chicken ($138)將雞肉煮入醬汁,樣貌似咖喱🥘比較適合配naan/ roti食雞肉份量都幾多,唔會剩係得醬,而且同雞肉夠腍醬汁好杰身,帶香葉同微微蕃茄甜味雖然話Butter,但一啲都唔油膩呢個算係佢哋嘅signature▶️ White butter chicken ($138)Butter Chicken變奏版🤣意外地好食醬汁白色似carbonara,比傳統Butter Chicken醬汁稀味道重奶味🥛一樣唔油膩亦唔heavy我哋不停「偷」嗰位同學嘅醬嚟食🤣▶️ Butter roti ($20)一塊切四咁上薄身得來口感煙靭有拉扯度🫓呢隻冇烤至脆邊,不過幾啱鍾意食麵包嘅我食晒成份夠飽肚😋配唔同口味嘅印度醬食一流▶️ Garlic naan ($26)▶️ Lamb rogan josh ($145)-所有嘢嘅味道正宗,調味賣相到位比較有驚喜係老闆推介嘅「delhi golgappa shots」,令我認識多一款印度特色街頭小食🇮🇳服務超好,booking當日有打電話同我confirm,有交帶老闆好fun,招待好 (係落單亂少少,事關我哋多人🙈)環境氣氛舒服,用上暗燈光、紫色配金色色調,俾人感覺高貴浪漫💜我哋去嘅時候未多人,變相好似包場開party,勁開心🤣價錢以印度菜嚟講相當抵食,12個人每人叫一個main加一份bread或飯計埋加一,平均$170/人以中環地段同食物份量大小嚟講算係咁(經OpenRice book,單點餐牌仲有八折優惠!)
