We wanted something different than the usual Christmas day brunch, so opted for a more "exotic" brunch at Hotal Colombo, a Sri Lankan restaurant (rare in Hong Kong). They offered a set brunch menu, with a chickpea starter, a main course (each), alot of condiments. We chose the masala dosa and the vegetable kothu, a flavorful stir fried vegetable dish with wide noodles. The condiments, starters, and main courses all mix and match well to deliver a very flavorful meal with interesting varieties.
