This rooftop bar has the most splendid hind-view of the Victoria harbour, and it’s still not-yet being overcrowded. So it’s a very lovely place to wind down and enjoy a drink or two. The skewers on grill were quite nice, we had the grilled pork neck with shrimp taste. Reasonably priced for a hotel bar. The pasta was cooked healthily with capsicums, whereas the seared halibut steak tasted very outstanding, it’s a great piece of fish with minimum extra seasoning required. The chicken skin potstickers were covered in salted plum powder, however I couldn’t taste the sourness but mere saltiness.The cocktail menus were artistically hand drawn, you know you just couldn’t resist getting one glass or maybe two. Ours was the apple highball using whisky from 12-year old wood cask. It’s lightweight and fruity, good for ladies I’d say. Beer on tap seems like a signature for this place. I ought to try that out next round I assure myself.
