Just had a wonderful night with my boyfriend in this restaurant! Let's start by describing the overall environment. The restaurant had an elegant atmosphere, dim lighting, plush seating with AMAZING sea view!We ordered The tartare of Angus beef fillet and oyster as the starter. The fine de claire oyster with a mild briny flavor. At the same time, the ponzu dressing and spring onion was fresh and succulent. The combination of flavors worked well together and created a delightful dish.
For the main dish, the wet aged medium rare ribeye with chimichurri was cooked to perfection, with a tender texture and juicy flavor. The chimichurri sauce added a nice zesty, garlicky flavor to the dish.
Another main dish is the sea bass with crushed potatoes and lobster bisque. The sea bass was cooked to perfection, with a flaky texture and mild flavor. The crushed potatoes added a nice creamy touch, while the lobster bisque was rich and flavorful.
The pear almond tart with vanilla ice cream was truly the perfect ending to the dinner. The pear filling was sweet and juicy, while the almond topping added a nice nutty flavor. The vanilla ice cream added a creamy and cool texture to the dish.
The service was also excellent. The waiters were knowledgeable and attentive, making sure that all of our needs were met. Overall, the restaurant was a great experience. I would definitely visit again!
