見youtuber介紹呢間餐廳所以來試呢個Set Lunch $398間野係扒房，所以我就加$148主菜要左份美國頂級西冷扒，我叫左Medium。份牛扒中間完全係Rare,勉強叫medium rare,廚師煎牛扒技術低，件扒肉質好水好淡味，幾乎完全無牛肉味，重要比個Rare我食真係覺得好難食，連茶餐廳的扒餐質素都不如。我食剩一半頂唔順叫佢收走。呢次的牛扒可以話係我人生中食過最難食的牛扒，我諗唔到邊間餐廳/扒房重可以比佢差。我重期待係呢間扒房食到好食牛扒，失望到都唔想比反應個到D Staff(原本諗住講佢哋知)，快速埋單去第度再食過。唯一覺得呢間個景ok,如果飲杯嘢坐下都可以geh！但當扒房咁食扒就不了…查看更多

I recently dined here during Restaurant Week, and it was undoubtedly a fantastic value for money. The Elite Dinner menu was priced around $500, which included a welcome drink, one can choose Prosecco, red wine or white wine.We started with a creamy mushroom soup accompanied by a basket of bread. For my appetizer, I opted for the yellow fin tuna tartare, which was fresh and flavorful.For the main course, I chose the USDA hanger steak, cooked medium as requested. It was incredibly tender and packed with rich meat flavor. I had house mixed salad served on the side , while my friends ordered chips with truffle dressing and truffle mashed potato. Even the side dishes were delicious!To end the meal, I had the chocolate fondant cake paired with pistachio ice cream.The stunning harbor view made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The service was excellent, with attentive staff ensuring we had everything we needed.
